On Saturday July 13th my daughter picked out a laptop that she liked at the Greensburg, PA Best Buy. The sale price was $699.00. She could also get an additional $100.00 off with a student account. We told the sales rep that we would order the laptop the next day after my daughter started her student account. On Sunday July 14th, the price of the same laptop was now $850.00 with no student discount. I called the store and was told that the sales end on Saturday evening. I feel that this was a bait and switch as the sales clerk never mentioned that the sale would end. I guess I'll shop Amazon from now on.

Beware of Short Return Policy | Best Buy in North Las Vegas, Nevada

They only have a 15 day return policy on electronics and WILL NOT modify it. Tried to extend for an additional 15 days to allow time to get the TV installed and the answer was NO, after 4 hours on hold, transfers, speaking to customer service, etc. No budging for the extension. Ended up returning the unopened TV and will never buy from them again. Stick with Amazon or another seller with reasonable return terms

I was over charged for a t.v. purchase between 2&5- 2018. | Best Buy

I ordered several tv's mostly online & returned all but one only because the tv had passed the return date. it's a 50" Samsung that does not have geeks quad protection so the charge should have been around 500.00+. at first I thought 2tv's were charged on my account . Instead the only charge on my card for a tv was for a single 58 in. Samsung priced at 705.56 including geek squad Protection. I believe i am entitled to a refund for the difference between 705.56 & 500+. I am sorry for the confusion I caused.

Have just purchased a brand new 65" Vizio tv last 9/6/19 by 6PM. We had help to take it out of the car and placed I the living room.

After work the following day, my son began installing it and I helped him. When we plugged it in, there was nothing (audio/video) except flashes of lights on one part of the screen. Put it back in the back as I was so sure it was defective. Went back to the store as soon as it opened at 11AM Sunday 9/8/19.

We were told not acceptable as WE damaged it. Asked how in the world we could have done it. Never dropped, never bumped at the house. WHO knows, it could have happened on their store, on their sales floor, etc.

How could they insinuate blame to us? We were told should have returned it the VERY same day we bought it that night, and what? Who could do this upon purchase? Then we were told if I want to take it up with corporate, "GOOD LUCK!!".

Called the numbers we asked for. Got the run around so many times. No one can do anything at their end as they are just customer service (call center). Tried speaking with another manager at the store.

No resolution. Even said if I want to take this up legally, have to face off with their lawyers. Nothing more to say at my end. We left so furious.

So, we have a non-functioning brand new tv and they get the money charged to my account. Have filed a complaint with the BBB and even mailed off a certified letter to their HQ today.

I hope to get results on my complaint. I want an exchange of the tv I just bought.!!!
