Why is it so hard to believe that people have good experiences? Why is it you automatically jump to the conclusion that they must work for B.B.?

Isn’t possible that out of the millions of customers that one of them had a pleasant experience? Just saying you can’t automatically assume that everyone had your experiences.

Store: 00865 Conroe, TX I want to bring attention to Agent Kris in the computer repair area. Never in my life have I had such "great" customer service. My lucky day when I run into him at the service area. He showed fantastic customer service by: Taking personal interest in my problems, making double sure I knew what my options were, giving constructive advice, great product knowledge, and making sure my experience at Best Buy was pleasant. Thanks Best Buy for having such a caliber agent as Kris. Also he is a great employee for service but I brought in a computer for tune up and left with a new one. Expecting to pay $100 and left spending $500 and was happy about it. If you can please send a note to his manager to have him continue with what he is doing. Billy Ellisor waywardbill@outlook.com

You say that they can't articulate but u can't fu#!king spell or type correctly. My favorite sentence is this one : "They never have no knowledge of the product you call about." Before u start criticizing employees from there and calling them *** you should probably learn how to not talk like a *** redneck.

You're probably just mad because one of these *** turned you down.

Throughout all of your ignorant, redneck rambling, there isn't one valid complaint. You can't spell or type go back to 4th grade.
