Best Buy - Camera reparation

The last time I traveled to the US for a couple of days, I wanted to take my camera to Self Service Center but unfortunately, they would take a couple of days, even weeks to repair the problems. I don't blame them. I've heard great things about their team. Hopefully next time I go back, I will have my camera fixed.

This is what reparation means... the making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged. So, what does that have to do with your post regarding getting your camera fixed?

Yes, you can still find someone in Best Buy who is knowledgeable about the products they sell. The main problem with BB, however is the terribly loud noise emanating from their speakers which preclude any concentration on what it is you are trying to buy. Best to shop at a quiet store instead.

Best Buy in Aiea, Hawaii - Excellent Service

On Dec. 19, 2017, my son and I went to the Best Buy Store in Aiea. We approached Ricci Caracol who is the Assistant Store Manager for help. He had a wealth of product knowledge on Amazon Echo Dot and its associated accessories and he provided us with information in a professional mannerism. He was patient in answering all our questions. The customer service he provided was above excellent and one that you rarely find in any other Best Buy or retail stores. Mr. Ricci Caracol made our experience enjoyable shopping in your Aiea Store and needless to say we will be back for future shopping. He should be rewarded and recognized for his exceptional customer service.

Best Buy - Ridiculous Customer Service in the Torrance, CA Store

I ordered a television for the Black Friday sale. I called this store to see if my order had arrived per the estimated arrival date. From that point, I waited on the phone at least 30 minutes, called an 866 number which took additional 44 minutes as well only to not find out anything about my order. While Best Buy may boast about having the best deals, their customer service is nothing short of horrible. I am only that this review reaches many and prompt those potential consumers to be somewhat leery about dealing with this particular store. As I am typing this review, I am on my fifth attempt to try to get an answer as to whether or not my television has arrived in their store.

Best Buy in Saint Peters, Missouri - Harsh return policy

I've shopped at Best Buy for a lot of years however, there return ploicy is brutally harsh. If you return three items over any period of time, they will black ball you, and not allow you to return the product. They won't even allow you to replace it with anything else. And that holds for three months. And they tell you this in front of other people in line, nice and loud so everyone can hear, most embarrassing. After all, it's you card your using, not there's. Walmart doesn't do that kind of ***. Best Buy is very snobbish, not a good and fair policy. Beware.

Purchased an item with a company credit card. Cashier never asked for any identification. I asked how he knew the card was mine and responded "we dont care as long as the card went through". Thanks a lot. You have obviously never been a victim of credit/identity theft. Im considering returning the item and will purchase elsewhere in the future.
