Best Buy in Canyon, Texas - Don't depend on getting your order when promised

Still waiting on an order that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. No tracking information in the system. Tried online chat for over an hour and kept getting kicked off. Waited 15 minutes on hold on the phone and they don't know what happened to the item. Seriously need better options during this busy time.

UPDATE: I finally received the iPad on 12/10/19. They over promised and way under delivered.

It was a great price with FREE 2 day shipping. I ordered it on Black Friday in November and received it on 12/10.

Now here is the real kicker... Today my USPS carrier delivered...

Every person I spoke with gave me bad info. I was transferred back and forth between depts like a yoyo. They do not even keep dates, credits and debits to credit cards on their system. Spoke with a guy at headquarters who promised to call me back but did not. Search around for a place with good reviews.

Best Buy - Samsung cell phone and AT&T service

I bought a samsung cell phone with AT&T service ( against my better judgment) Was sold a bill of goods bought the cell phone and needed to travel 10 miles to get a sim card from another best buy and connect with the provider. By the time things were set to go it was late and I needed to get going. So no paper work was given to me and I was on my own. Trouble started at once with the phone. Hard to understand the garbled talk, and dropped calls. When I went back to Bust Buy they treated me like i was a pain in their *** and just shrugged me off. No fix. No recourse. They have lost a customer that I was fro many years. They can KMA!!!!

purchased 5/29/19 for $799.00 plus warranty plus 3 years extended warranty. 6 weeks later it developed a crack and screen went from partially blacked out to total blackout. Best Buy buy would not honor the warranty or make any concessions. I will never buy or recommend...

That's because tvs don't crack on their own. Physical damage is not covered but thats still on best buy to cover you. Next time don't break the tv.

On Saturday July 13th my daughter picked out a laptop that she liked at the Greensburg, PA Best Buy. The sale price was $699.00. She could also get an additional $100.00 off with a student account. We told the sales rep that we would order the laptop the next day after my daughter started her student account. On Sunday July 14th, the price of the same laptop was now $850.00 with no student discount. I called the store and was told that the sales end on Saturday evening. I feel that this was a bait and switch as the sales clerk never mentioned that the sale would end. I guess I'll shop Amazon from now on.
