I was finally able to track done a Best Buy person who could solve my issue. She is Trish Walker (President, Services).
I wrote a letter to her HOME!
I received back an Email from her assistant. I'm talking months to get this...
- Nobody knows what is going on
- Convenient location
- Given incorrect advice which wasted time

BestBuy contacted me, and offered me a free screen protector, which they installed. Also they offered me an iPhone 6s case of my choice (up to $50 value), which was just delivered in the mail.
