Best Buy - Flood of emails

I said they could email me and now l get about 15 a week and can't get them to stop. I have bought most of my electronics there over the years and found out there are a lot of options available, I guess Best (?) Buy, doesn't know that. One of their service geeks lied to me repeatedly, then told a tech contrary info right in front of me.

Best Buy - Returns

After spending a bit of money over time with warranties and now they want to restrict me from returning merchandise that I was not happy with or had issues under warranties, I don't think I will be buying from Best Buy anytime soon anymore because of them saying that to me! Guess purchasing under warranty they give you a problem for returning the merchandise, will not buy there anymore!

Best Buy - Lack of customer service

The salespeople in the TV/Electronics area are oblivious there are customers in the store as they are too busy chatting with each other. I asked if they have a usb/hdmi adapter and immediately the response was 'no, you might go online and look for it in Amazon'. Wow, giving away your sales to Amazon!!! I walked over to the computer area and the guy found it for me immediately.

Best Buy - Not enough time
