Best Buy - Customer service is a joke

Customer service at the store told me to contact their company customer service number, called them and they said they can't help me as the in store customer service has to help me. Had to get a three way call with the manager and the corporate customer service and they both argued with each other and neither helped me.

Never Buy Anything Again From Best Buy

Bought a stove at full price. was told to call night before delivery as my delivery time frame was 6 hours long. Called the night before as instructed. Was on hold for 45 minutes. Then I heard something and the mysic stopped. Whoever picked up my call never responded. hung up eventually. I will never buy at Best Buy again.

Best Buy - Customer service

I call and call the store and it takes several attempts and then when I do get them on the line they are extremely rude and geek squad is the same. I have had to take back a pc several times and I have only had for 3 mos. Its frustrating to keep packing it up and lugging in store. I have never had such rude people on the phone.

Best Buy - Worst employees

One of the worst customer treated place at Johnson town road location at PA. Talk with one of the customer representative he told me to get the device to the store for exchange coz I bought Mac pro book 10 days back and it stop working. But when I bought back to store they treated me unprofessionally. Worst place to shop. Never ever I will visit or I will refere my friend and family.
