Purchased an item with a company credit card. Cashier never asked for any identification. I asked how he knew the card was mine and responded "we dont care as long as the card went through". Thanks a lot. You have obviously never been a victim of credit/identity theft. Im considering returning the item and will purchase elsewhere in the future.

3 days late with credit payment related to snow storm and have been receiving non stop phone calls all hours of the day, 8 am on Saturday, 6-7 times during the day with a message to call about my account. Are you kidding me? If I knew I would have to put up with this I would never have bought anything from them. After I pay this item off will never buy from them again! Fed up with Best Buy!

Wish I could give no stars horrible place will never shop there again. Had them install a screen protector they installed wrong one and wouldn't do anything when the iPad broke. Told me it was my problem.
