First noone picks calls. No customer friendly service. I am trying since 2 weeks to complain about my tv it hangs after 30 minutes waiting where cassette is keep on playing. My tv i bought in dec 2018 samsung 43 inch uhd automatically turns on and off and sometime hang. I dont know how to complain it to best buy and which source i should use.

Best Buy in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Not good

I have been a best buy Elite plus member for a few years now and I have bought about 366 items and a retired Police officer and disabled and this is the treatment I get Wow. From best buy plus always bought protection plans on everything like front loaders washer and dryer refrigerator dishwasher computers and other items. I have bought a rexing gps logger for my rexing dash cam. The GPS logger won't stay connected to the dash cam. So I went to get a replacement gps logger, now mind you protection plan replacement plan. Customers service at best buy they couldn't exchange or return it because I have returned or replaced other items. Then they gave a 1888 number to call to speak to someone who can't hardly speak English telling me sorry there'

How is this Best Buy's fault? Don't blame a good ethical company because you want a new Chromebook which I gurantee is way out of return policy. There isn't any open source ad-on's unless you're the one who installed it.

Best Buy - Geek Squdad Scam

I called geek squad for an issue with my computer and printer. It looks like I actually was transferred to some scammers who tried to sell me a 5 year protection plan. Everything looked ok because it was the same way I've dealt with geek squad on the phone before. The supposed plan was to cost me $700 and they would send me some codes to provide when they called me back to set everything up. It appears that what they did was actually have geek squad gift cards sent to me and they actually did this 3 times. I did not order these cards and am having a problem getting this resolved.

No such law exists. You are an adult and you have to protect yourself.

Next I doubt their policy is to actually hold your money as this would cause them to pay taxes now banks are different though.

Banks hold your money into their own "accounts" before being processed into your account which earns them interest. #Factsoflife

Best Buy in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - Customer service is a joke

Customer service at the store told me to contact their company customer service number, called them and they said they can't help me as the in store customer service has to help me. Had to get a three way call with the manager and the corporate customer service and they both argued with each other and neither helped me.
