Bought a computer in April from best buy and was talked into taking a credit card, with 6 months of 0 interest. When I made another purchase on the card, they immediately stated charging interest.

I paid the card off in full as soon as I learned they were doing that. Now they have charged $99.99 on a card with no balance, called a renewal fee, to another card. After being put on hold twice, and dialing 4 times, I finally had the $99.99 cancelled, but was told to cancel the card I would have to be transferred to another department. I was given a number to call if I got disconnected.

I DID get disconnected, then found the number was the same I had been dialing all along.

I am now waiting for an automated call-back, and the process has already taken 45 minutes. Sickening bad service, and the Card is a rip-off!

User's recommendation: Do Not take a Best Buy Credit Card!
