I love rushcard
- I love using my rush card
- No information
I’m going through this exact same thing, still haven’t received my new card and it’s been over 10 business days. I also never requested a new card, the representative did this without informing me first.
And now they are LYING saying I gave him the ok. This company is horrible.
I’ve been without access to my funds and daily necessities because of their Representative and they do NOT care. I hope to seek legal action as well.

Nothing illegal about it. It’s in their terms and conditions you were supposed to read before you signed off on.
You were late. Doesn’t matter if it was once or one hundred times.
Those decisions are all made by computer bots, not humans. Just get a regular Visa or MasterCard.

I had a BEST BUY credit card. I used it but not everyday. NEVER late on payments, never had outstanding balances. I get notified by CREDIT KARMA that my account was closed! I dont close accounts due to the negative effect it tends to have on your score. When I contact...- Suck
1) The Best Buy credit card is handled by Capitol One. Capitol One is the company who has the money you borrowed, controls the interest, fees and account closures.
So right away your complaint should be with Capitol One not Best Buy since Best Buy has nothing to do with the account.
2) In the credit agreement YOU signed it states "At any time, for any reason, we may take any of these actions subject to applicable law: a) close your Account; b) suspend your credit privileges; c) reduce your credit limit.
If we close your Account: • Interest Charges and fees will continue to accrue until your balance is paid in full; and • you agree to return or destroy your Card(s)."
So Capitol One told you they can close your account at any time for any reason and you signed a paper saying OK. And now that they have closed your account you are complaining.
- Customer service is horrible
