I was turfed to a Level 2 tech who was hard to understand from India who didnt seem to know how to install my laser printer purchased from Best Buy The wait time was about 2 hrs without his ability to successfully install and then told me he would call me back after my computer went dead and screen went blank I waited then called back to 888-237-**** spoke with a female Level 1 tech who apologized profusely and when I asked who the tech was and what his notes stated she said she didnt see any notations re:my services or who the Level 2 tech was and offered to try and help me I refused after the 1 hr wait from Tech 2 and I didnt want to have to repeat all the story and someone else look thru my personal and confidential documents again I am thoroughly disgruntled and disappointed in the Geek Squad and this poor attempt to provide quality security on line services
