I tried to return some Sony wireless headphones I bought my wife for Christmas. Purchased on December 14th 2017 and tried to return them on January 18th 2018.
I explained how they worked fine at first then wouldn’t hold a charge. I was skeptical about buying them but the salesman said I could return them if they didn’t work out. They wouldn’t let me return them with receipt or give me in store credit or even exchange them. I asked to speak to a manager he said the same.
Gave me an 1-800 number to call and said good luck sorry. I told him my family and I will never spend another dime at worst buy!
They could care less! Buyers beware!
