I went to return a google home that my wife gave to me as a present.It was unoppened and the customer service guy said that he could return it without a receipt, not even for store credit.

This happened at the Hawthorne CA store. I requested to speak to a supervisor and the customer service guy said that he was the manger of the store. Then I requested to see their return policy and he gave me a print out and left me and walked away. Whe leaving I asked for his name or business card he said he had none and that his name was Dan, he said that he was the only Dan at the store with a smirk on his face.

I have spent thousands of dollars on perosonal and corporate expenses.

Best Buy needs to really fix their customer service, nothing compare to Costco.Their custumer service culture iss the worst....Good luck staying in business.
