We bought a floor model refrigerator Dec 24 at the Pembroke Pines FL store and were informed that delivery was free and could be delivered Jan 3. There were minor scratches on the side and internal pieces were missing but we were willing to an agreed discount and would clean it up and replace the pieces ourselves.

We were shocked at delivery to find 3 1/4 inch gouges and other scratches on the front. Best Buy refused to fix the product and instead offed Best Buy gift cards.

We rejected the offer and are continuing our search for a refrigerator. The saddest part here is the fact that we lost out on a fair price for a good product and the delivery or warehouse workers are still gainfully employed and will continue to work there.
