Just bad luck is what the Store manager said. 1st TV lasted less than a year.
Insignia, followed protocall, have to send someone out, then have to wait 2 weeks for parts, then no parts available take it back to Best buy for a credit to buy another one. 2nd TV, good sales guy, buy a SHARP, good brand. Only I did not know this model sharp was made for Best Buy. Lasted 14 months, just out of warranty.
Too Bad, can't do anything, not worth fixing a $600 TV? Recycle fee $25, checked my best buy points to try to cover recycle. Too Bad again, they expire! Zero points.
Pretty sad when you cannot get a TV to last 1.5 years then pay to throw away. Done with Best Buy!
