This is just one instance. We bought a television at best buy and it screwed up after 3 months.
We bought the extended warranty and do we called the store and they said they couldn't come out because we're too far away. They said we have to call Sony first because we have to use Sony’s warranty first. However, what happens when Sonys warranty is up? Will they suddenly be able to send someone out?
We were lird to at the store, they insisted that a service person would be sent to the house.
Also, we bought two refrigerators and one went out after 3 years (right after the warranty was up) and the other went out after 1 year! Luckily we have the warranty still. Haven't called them about the refrigerator yet.
I suggest that nobody ever buy anything from Best Buy! We've spent thousands of dollars at their stores and get treated like crap when we need something.
