We purchased a new microwave online through Best Buy. The microwave arrived, packaged without any filler to prevent breakage.

The microwave had glass spew inside. Plus, it was full of dirty food. What is wrong with a company that sends a product that is completely a hazard? When I called Customer Support…in the Philippines….they did not apologize of recognize how inappropriate it was to deliver this microwave.

Nor did they offer a discount if I reordered through them. They told me to return to store.

Never acknowledged how they were in the wrong, offer to find out how it happened, and provide a solution to keep my business. I will order through Lowes or online

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
