My mom bought a refrigerator from them and it was to be delivered on a certain day. The night before the delivery she received a text message with the time period the next day delivery was suppose to happen.

The following day she received a text message saying the item is out for delivery. After waiting for a period of time she decided to call and inquire where the delivery was because it did not arrive in the time slot is was suppose to. The first person she spoke to said it was on its way just wait a little more time. After waiting she decided to call back and this is where things got fishy.

After been transferred back and forth and constantly been put on hold she was told that the item did not go out for delivery. You guys have to do better that’s not how you treat customers.

Horrific experience and no one in my family will ever shop at best buy again. Take this warning people.

I hope your mom immediately cancelled the order with Best Buy and wandered over to a Lowe's if you have one in town and bought from them. Alternatively, buy a fridge from some other store in town.
