Kudo's to the staff at the Tyler, TX best buy. They did right by me and gave me a credit towards the purchase of a new computer equal to the amount it was going to cost to fix the old one.

Can't say the same about Best Buy Corporate Customer Service, or ASUS...both useless. If you have problems at Best Buy, give the managers a chance to correct it.

Very bad support in Conway Arkansas Best Buy.

I purchased a laptop computer for my business,lam on the road all the time an would be leaving out this afternoon and would need it set up and ready ,they told me it had some updates also I ask how long it would take ,they said two hours ,ok ,leave phone#and email will call when ready, getting ready to leave "no call" go by to pick up on the way out,5 hours later not ready will take 2,3 more hrs.ask to see manager no manager,ask for refund.call 2 other stores and they tell me that they keep them 24hrs to do updates ,are can do them at my convenience . Return Policy For Best Buy

I purchased a Beats Pill from Best Buy Brockton during the Christmas Holiday. After bringing the pill home and listening to the sound it just wasn't that great. I tried to return the Pill to the Brockton store and was told that they have a 15 day return policy. However, the white woman in front of me returned an item on the 16th day. Don't shop at this store. The Manager Amanda is a kid and has no idea of how to deal with a Customer. Best Buy should spend sometime training your staff on how to deal with issues. It is not about the people it is just about profits.

A) how do you know the customer in front of you returned an item after 16 days. B) what does her being white have to do with anything. C) Just because something is done for one customer doesn't mean it has to be for the next, different people and different situations means different actions by managers.

The paperwork given to her states that she has 48 hours to inspect the product. As a best buy installer, it looks like it was grabbed with the middle finger on the glass and squeezed causing the break.

Im guessing an accident and it happened when you pulled the unit from the box. You may not.

Have even realized you did it as it happens very easily.

We bought a TV, sound bar, and TV stand at our local Best Buy last week. We were assured several times that not only would the items be delivered free of charge, everything would be assembled and connected so that the delivery people would not leave until everything was connected and working perfectly. Instead, the delivery people simply said, "All we do is deliver." Had we known that, we could have made our purchases elsewhere, such as Costco, because now we have to do everything ourselves anyway. All Best Buy would say was that we were "misinformed."

Best Buy in Greenville, N.C. Kenhas poor customer service, and support. If you have a problem from their installation, or other, in store, staff will just send you around and around, never correcting their problem on anything. Done with them. It is not the only place to shop.

Best Buy review: Rotten Experience in Fayetteville, AR

I bought a monitor last year as well as the warranty that came with it because the sales guy said if something went wrong with it they would simply replace it. Guess what, pixels have started to go dark. The people I spoke with today said I had to either send it to the manufacturer or make an appointment to talk with the service desk. No estimate as to when I would get it back. Which makes me think of it as the dis-service desk - why do they think people come to the service counter? To be sent away perhaps? The men's room smelled strongly of urine and the stall door did not even have a hangers installed. Store service was *** and not supportive and when I bought the monitor the sales guys told me something very different from the section guy that was there today. The Geek Squad should change their name to the *** Squad. Yes.................I am really cranky with these guys. Don't shop there, I don't anymore. Businesses like these do not deserve your support in any way and they certainly don't deserve your money. Go to Office Depot, at least they act like they actually want you as a customer.

Best Buy review in Atlanta, Georgia: Oven delivery

I bought a stove from Best Buy and they had Spirit Delivery deliver it. They broke granite counter top when installing. Did not mount to wall or level the stove. Put a pot of water on and it slid forward. They are now denying claim because of delivery ticket which was signed out in driveway because they said it had to be inspected before bringing in house. I bought stove from Best Buy and made agreement with THEM to have delivered and installed. The men took pictures and said they were sorry after they were confronted. Were not going to say a word.
