Purchased a refrigerator through the St. Petersburg store and asked the sales person for late delivery. He provided correspondence that stated what time I should expect a call, the automated call came early (I was not home) and was not within the window that I had previously requested. I called the first thing in the money to provide a contact number for 30 minute call ahead. The person called at 10:10 a.m. EST per the missed call log of my cell phone and did not leave a message. I could not imagine a business would call for a specific reason (call ahead) and would not leave a message. Shortly thereafter, I decided to return the call thinking it may have been Best Buy (863-256-1311). A rude customer service representative (Lisa) confirmed that it was them calling for the 30 minute call ahead. Best Buy's driver left a sorry they missed me tag with the time of 10:20 a.m. on my door. I called repeatedly to let the customer service group know that driver did not uphold the request and of the 3 times I called, they all said sorry, but the driver was not going back. I asked to speak to a manager and was told JJ was in a meeting but he too reviewed the issue and said the driver could not go back. I repeatedly explained to each customer service representative that I had 4 coolers of food that needed to be refrigerated or frozen to no avail. Then, I mentioned to Janet, the last customer service representative that repeatedly I had been told what the driver could not do and no one had ever tried to rectify the situation by offering that the delivery take place tomorrow. The last time I purchased big ticket items was 13 years ago for this very reason. Their customer service if awful. Janet is the only one who gave 100% and is obviously the only one who understands the definition of excellent customer care in the entire corporation. Too little, too late.

Cell Phone Sale Mispresentation | Best Buy review from Winona, Minnesota

Went to a Rochester, MN Best Buy store for a new Verizon cell phone. The Best Buy employee stated if I bought a new cell phone, "everything" on my old cell phone including the monthly costs would be exactly the same on the new cell phone, except for a $40.00 one time activation fee. Since the old cell phone monthly cost was very competitive with other cell phone services, I decided to stay with Verizon. One month later, the Verizon bill had increased by at least 1/3 more than the old cell phone monthy cost. None of the line item increases were disclosed or explained by the Best Buy employee. I called Best Buy's corporate customer service and received a snooty attitude and a refusal to do anything. All Best Buy is interested in is marketing their products by any means at hand including gross misrepresentation and when confronted, they respond with obfuscation, obstinance and outright lying. Good Riddance, Best Buy!!

The last several weeks have been a horrible customer service experience with best buy. After awaiting delivery of washing machine for weeks, misinformation on delivery time, failure to find the machine in the warehouse, we simply decided to cancel that order and purchase a different machine. We are still awaiting $800 refund on that cancellation. In the meantime our account has been debited $750 for the machine we subsequently decided to buy, however I've now received notice that the order is cancelled due to inability to process payment, despite being able to see a debit in my checking account: Inline image 1 I've been a customer of best buy since 2005 and I buy a lot of appliances through best buy. This experience has been the worst possible - there seem to be multiple systems that don't talk to each other. Please kindly reimburse the money for the first washer and for this washer. On top of the cancellation notice and lack of reimbursement, I received an automated message that the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow morning and the message comes on my work phone despite my having called repetitively to establish my cell phone or my husbands cell phone as the contact number. Please help resolve this absolutely bizarre experience. I never complain, I am a reasonable, calm, accepting person, but this has gone too far. I have a job and a family and this has taken by now upwards of 10 hours of time.

Purchased a washer from Best Buy. Was to be delivered 5 days after order was placed. Received call on 4th day confirming deliver time, two hours later (14 hours before expected delivery) received call stating item was no longer available. Why did it take them 4 days to let me know item was unavailable? Customer support NO HELP! I requested a similar model at the same price because it would be delivered within 2 days. Told "We Cant Do That". I asked what they could do, Nothing! Guess Im SOL! Will never shop there again!!!

I return a item the 1 of Feb. called a week later you received the package and said you will refund it on Feb.17th still NO refund a week later called again they said takes 10 days should have it in a few days once again nothing called this morning now March 3rd said he supervisor will get done day but wont see it for 10 business days so that takes me into 2 months by then and maybe I will get refund ask to talk to this supervisor and was told not able I will never order or buy anything in the store at best ( worst ) (Ugly) buy ever again.

Your sales team and in store experience has improved. However, BB just lost a sale/my business because the delivery system is awful! I purchased large screen tv last weekend 2/29 for delivery. Now, after spending two days on phone trying to get simple delivery- still unacceptable. Scheduled delivery (finally) for Friday, 3/4, but now the confirmation email says Fri. 3/10. Not acceptable! almost 2 weeks for delivery (not installation even) of a simple TV. I can get it somewhere else today, for $50 less AND have it delivered in the next few days. Last time I deal with Best Buy. Pissed that I wasted so much time in store and on phone when I could have had a better experience elsewhere.

Worst company I have every had to deal with. They can not speak good english. I was transferred 5 different times before I could speak to anyone that knew what was going on. they sent me a bill saying I owed them, when I had paid in full 3 months prior. I CANCELLED my account and will not deal with them anymore. I advise you to do the same. Poor reception. Too long a wait on the phone. Dont call them. Dont even use them.
