Best Buy have tge worst Customer Care i have ever dealt with. I had a confirmed scheduled delivery which Best Buy never fulfilled without calling. And ao I called Customer Care to find out what happened. And I was told that there was a rescheduled date of another 7days without letting us know. Not a phone call from them. And all this information after calling Customer Care , being transfered from one dept. to another to another and to another. That the reason why we did not get the delivery is that the item was not available to be delivered. I ordered the item on the 3/11/16 to be delivered on 3/17/16 and they tell me that the item is not available for delivery until the 3/24/16. So I paid for something that Best Buy do not have physically in their warehouse. It seems like Best Buy is charging several customers for one item because of their un updated glitch in their system? Customer Care representatives that were involved in my situation were incompetent and rude. I felt like they were passing from one to another cause no wanted to deal with dilema that Best Buy delivery dept created. Never again. I should have stuck to PC Richards. I never had a bad experience in anything even resolving problems. I have been buying from them for years. I never want to deal or buy anything from Best Buy.

Terrible!!!! Spent $2500 on a new tv system receiver goes out in 2 weeks. Geek Squad comes out twice. Tells us to turn power off to reset tje receiver. Didnt work. Come out again and said receiver is bad. Take back yo Best Buy and told they have to try and fix first. 2-4 werks!!! Been without our new TV system for 2 weeks. Now another month!!! Customer service is terrible. They dont care about the inconvenience! They suck and will never buy from them again. Its obvious the receiver cam defected! *** you Best Buy and your so called customer service.

This is the first time I bought a TV online from BestBuy.com. I had the delivery issues for seven times, either never showed up or showed up without the TV or showed up with an open-box TV (that has a 300 dollars price difference). I think BestBuy did it on purpose when they tried to give me the open-box TV rather than the new TV I bought. There is an option to pay less than 300 dollars to get the open-box one. But I don't appreciate the fact that BestBuy tried to give me the cheaper one without telling me and give me the price difference back. During these six times, I have called the BestBuy.com. At one time, the agent disappeared. Other times, I was promised that they will fix the problem but the agent did nothing afterwards. My advice to anyone out there reading this is: Don't buy anything from Best Buy. They cheat, lie, and never deliver their product. I have wasted seven days and many hours for this simple purchase. I ordered an over-the-range microwave from Best Buy in early January 2016, then called and paid over the phone for installation. The installers arrived, pulled out my existing microwave, unpacked the new microwave, found slight damage and advised me to have it replaced. I called to set up the exchange and got a date a couple of weeks later. The delivery guys came without a new microwave and hauled away the damaged one. I called, was passed around to various people, then finally was told the replacement was back-ordered but I'd get a call at the end of February with a delivery date. I called in early March as I hadn't heard anything, and finally got through to someone who set up a delivery. The new microwave was delivered and I've been trying relentlessly since then to get an appointment for the installation I paid for originally. After several calls and literally hours on hold, I found out it's in their system as still being in transit, so they can't schedule installation. I've tried to find out what act of God is required to change the status but so far no luck. How hard can this be?

All t.v.s are opened and inspected at the warehouse to confirm you are not getting a broken tv so you dont have the hassle of waiting AGAIN....

I purchased an external hard drive that did not work so I took it back for replacement. The tech left with it in the backstore and came back 10 minutes later with the hard drive casing cracked open and only metal parts taped together into it (to make some weight). I was told that Best Buy would honor a cheaper price by a competitor store. BJS price for Bose Oundlink Mini Speaker is $159.99 and Best Buy is $199.99 and they would not honor this price so I bought it from BJS. Best Buy had Mini soft cover advertised on line for $16.99 online and I store, but when I took it to cashier it came up full price $24.99. I had to track down a different sales person and complain about the price. She said I will give it to you for $16.99 as though It was a favor.

I had placed an order online for in-store pick up for a laptop and Xbox one bundle. At the time of ordering everything seemed to be going just fine. Several hours had went by and had not received the email stating my items were ready for pick up. I called the store I was supposed to pick them up at and they told me there was a hold on the order and I needed to call the 800 customer service number to get it resolved. I called them and they stated they had an issue obtaining the funds for the payment (which I had more than plenty of money). I called my bank and they stated everything was fine and they were waiting for them to send authorization to them to collect the funds. So I call back customer service for BB and they tried to tell me the same thing. I had told them I spoke with my bank and they had no issue on that end and that they needed to send authorization so they can send the money. Long story short Best Buy let the ball drop and they were not willing to take responsibility. I had spoken with a manager in the call center for BB and requested to cancel the order and wanted to be compensated for all the issues I have had. They agreed to mail me a $100 gift card for my troubles. Needless to say they didn't get the order cancelled like they were supposed to and I decided to pick up part of the order the next day because all of a sudden it went thru just fine. I was able to pick up the laptop and they were going to ship the Xbox to my home as they were on back order and didn't know when they would have more in (when this bundle I purchased was in the weekly ad) Couple days go by and I got an email that the rest of the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund for the Xbox portion of the bundle. A week has gone by since speaking to the manager about that $100 gift card and still haven't received it yet. Just called and they told me they shipped it to an address that I haven't lived at for over 2 years! Then they ask me "Do you know the person that lives at that address currently?" How the *** am I supposed to know who lives in my old home? I ask for a manager again and had about 5 min of dead silence on the phone before the rep stated they would get a manager for me. I was on hold for about another 5 minutes when the manager stated they would update my address in the system and remove all previous addresses that were tied to my account (which they had addresses listed that I haven't lived at for over 10 years!!!) I ask if they can just email me the gift card instead as I don't trust them to do their job correctly anymore and the manager said I can't email you a gift card because that's a different dept. and have no way to speak with them. Needless to say I must wait another 1-2 weeks to receive my compensation for dealing with a bunch of idiots that do not understand how to do their job correctly. I will not be doing business with them anymore and will do everything in my power to spread the word of how horrible their customer service is and everyone should go elsewhere if they needed anything.

You are supposed to use a credit card for online purchases. Sounds like you used a debit card or authorized them to take money from your account.

Big mistake! Now you know.

But, I agree with you on the ineptness of Best Buy. Haven't shopped there in a few years now because of it.
