Best Buy, the only place left to buy televisions or computers and now I'm done. Few years ago, bought a TV, suppose to double as a computer, even has a keyboard. But the keyboard doesn't interface with the TV, so it's of no value at all. Best Buy's solution, load it back up into my Beetle and bring it back to them. So my computer took a dump, paid them extra money to put the stuff from my old computer onto the new one (I bought from them) of they put the folders on the new computer all right, but they are all empty :( This computer is horrible, guess it would be a good price, I was a geek. But I'm not. Difficult to find anything on it, difficult to get on the websites, cause there is no key to find anything. Guess I'll just go back to the horse and buggy.

Worst return policy , 15 days to bring back stuff. Bought for my office and my tech guy was out sick , Would not take back because it was past date.. We would have taken a credit.. no way, and no way will i buy from them again. I feel sorry for the store staff, this is clearly a corporate policy that has everything to do with poor service as it does for super profits. Why go to a retail place with these restriction when you can go to an online store like Amazon , the policies are much better there and there is no hassle across the board

One of my favorite store is best buy. Great collections of electronics, great return policy and most of all I always had great experience with best buy. Untill today when I went to Bay Parkway best buy in New York. My husband got me a apple watch as a first mother day present. Love the watch but I wanted a rose gold so we went to the store to excahnge. The person name Sammy was working at apple counter. I waited their about half an hour with my 9month old baby to get his attention. Remind you its Monday afternoon around 12:15 pm. Finally when I got his attention he was annoyed did not take me seriously and didn't know his product. Before I asked him to get me a watch he completly walk away. I asked another employee named Jamal at the Windows counter to call for a manager, he rudly asked why I need a manger. After waiting another 15 min manager named Chantel showed up. She tried to help but didn't seem motivated to resolve the problem. None of the employee could give me a corporate ph number and asked me to just google it. All I wanted is to get my first mothers day gift. Didn't expect to get treated so badly. I know I am not buying an expensive item but they should treat all their customers same.

On 4/29/16 I ordered a system as part of the purchase that I decided on 4/30/16 there were better options, so I called to cancel. They 'noted' the cancellation request. Several calls later, to no avail, the item was still 'in shipping'. On 5/9/16 UPS driver hauled a box to my deck, and I refused it. On 5/10/16 an email said 'sorry, your shipment is delayed, the new date is 6/7/16'. I called again and was told the item was cancelled and I'd receive an email update. No email. On 5/11/16 I was told it was still on order and a 'cancellation request' was pending. I need the cancellation in writing and Best Buy aka Worst Buy USA will not validate the return, nor the cancellation, nor give me a tracking link to the original delivery of the item of question. They have made this experience so horrible! I am so upset! I'm ready to show up with the news media consumer reporters if they cannot find a way to put this in writing that the order is officially cancelled and to refund the $1041.78 back to my newly acquired Best Buy Visa card. Fortunately the card will be available for use at other better stores, not just in-store use. But in the interim, they are holding hostage over half of my line of credit on the card. This whole situation has caused me more than frustration, more mental duress and I'm depressed, exhausted. Best Buy wont give me the UPS tracking number on what was shipped and on it's way back via UPS. When I last spoke to a BB (ball breaking) rep, and asked her to tell me why they could not put into writing the order return cancellation, etc. and I told her that I was audio recording our call, just as they audio record the call for 'better customer service', she clammed up and ended the call. I do have that on audio if you 'd like to hear it!

Best Buy Customer Care Review from Deptford Township, New Jersey

I was told I was doing a soft credit check and was approved for a card and the Best Buy card department would not tell me my credit limit without accepting the card. The limit was insufficient to purchase what I needed. So I had to close the account to avoid paying the annual fee for the card. This negativitly affects my credit score which is already fouled up due to my exwife and her racking up charges in my name. Now I had to cancel the card to not have to pay the annual fee when I was told I was getting a soft credit check and this was misleading causing a negative impact on my credit score. Best Buy has now lost a customer but I do not think they really care or give a stink about any one single person or their credit score and misleading me was ever so done in poor customer service.

if you pay for their Greek Squad service then you need to ask carefully before they took your money for their profit. They never explain everything to you before you asked so they can take your money easier!!Unbelievable customer service. Hope they do better job for the community. Everyone came to the store to get better service than buying online but the way Best Buy trained their employees as same as you buy something from online. We trusted your company so we came to your store but people did a horrible job. Everyone need a job to survive so Best Buy need to improve their service in order to compete with other competition.

Horrible Delivery Service | Best Buy review from Bristol, Connecticut

This is the second time Best Buy delivery has delivered an item to me to find it broken after they leave. First was when we renovated our kitchen last August. They used a hand cart to bring in the appliances and left them just sitting there 9,700 in products. They were supposed to be unwrapped and put in place. It wasn't until after we removed all the blue film that we saw 2 large dents from the hand truck on the door of the double oven. Took 2 weeks to replace the unit and we were told we could not use it in the mean time! Just today an order I placed for a 65" TV that took over 3 weeks to come in was dropped off. When I say dropped off that was literally all they did. No unboxing, inspection, function test, not a thing! After the issue with the Range I demanded they open the box and we looked it over. I pointed out that the corner was obviously damaged. The surround is aluminum and it was bent as well as all the packaging was crushed on that corner. They assured me everything was ok and they see this frequently. They said to hold onto the box "just in case". I had a Home Theater installer start installing the audio system and when they got to hanging the TV what do you know the glass is spider cracked right from that corner! Furious I called the shipper and he stated he would get me a replacement, an hour later with us standing around he said he could not get in touch with the warehouse so the Installer had to wait for me to contact Best Buy directly. I then called Best Buy and spoke to a woman who wanted nothing to do with resolving this issue. She said there was nothing they could do... my reply "You just delivered a 4,000 TV and it is broken due to your negligence and there is nothing you can do!" She attempted to blame me stating they unpackaged and inspected it before leaving. I stopped her in her tracks, there were 5 witnesses to this damage while it was still in the box and even the delivery men admitted to me noting the damage! They have NEVER unboxed or done any assembly on dozens of items that have been delivered. I demanded to speak to her manager. I was told he was not working. I hung up and called again requesting a manager not stating my issue. Long long story short I finally got to speak to supposedly the highest person at customer service. After 3 hours of being on hold and going back and forth I was told they do not have another TV available to deliver but they'll take the broken one today, but not remove the charge from my card. Obviously I knew what was going to happen, I was going to end up with a 4,000 bill and no TV. Not to mention I had to pay the installer 600 to install the TV and mount and now I have to pay him 600 AGAIN whenever the new TV finally shows up! The manager couldn't have cared less. He laughed and offered a $50 Best Buy gift card. That just further infuriated me. I took a day off, that was a loss of $300, the installer charged me $600 (not his fault it was broken) now another $600 to re-install everything. I do not find a 4k broken TV and a $900 loss to me let alone the inconvenience to be funny at all. So I was sent a date over a week out but was told it "might" not be available by then since it's a new model. I will be called THE DAY BEFORE its coming! How can I schedule the Installer and get the day off without notice? I have no choice but to wait for a call for when this will be replaced. Then I am out another 600 to have the broken TV repacked and the replacement installed. I told him they will be staying until the Installer is done because I will not be accused of causing this damage again. He stated it's not their job, well this time it will be! In 1 year we have spend over 19k in appliances and electronics from Best Buy. We will NEVER purchase from Best Buy again. Right now I'm looking at a 4k TV that looks like a lightning bolt on a black screen. The kids are so disappointed, they planned a sleepover to watch Disney Movies this weekend in the new theater. What a horrible experience!!

Very poor customer service at BEST BUY ALAKAWA STREET HONOLULU

I have been trying to call for hours customer service at 1-808-525-7182 at Best Buy Honolulu but nobody responded my call but answering machine and I had to call another branch if they can an give an extension number and which they did Ext. 2090 and I was able to switch through but after they connect me to another line I was only put on hold again with the answering machine. This very up setting for this type of service they provide very poor service . I would like to bring this to the higher management to to do something about this.
