Driver stole my computer

i have not received my computer. i have been getting the run around since 9/21/2021 i have went into the store spoke to general store austin manager and two store managers miguel and a lady manager spoke to several phone operators, was told by ne representative computer would be delivered9/25/2021 then order was cancelled . spoke to dwayne was told refund within 48 hours spoke to walter andf he said refund 24 hours spke to jasper and he is saying 10-15 days. i need comnuter or refund by

Complaint for poor service

I have not been contacted by anyone from Best Buy and it has been weeks. I paid for a service and haven't received it. Please read previous complaint.

I went on my laptop for Geek Squad tech support at 11:42 a.m. I was put through the paces of them not recognizing my member ID . When confirmed I was told I would have to pay $39 for service. I have a full service plan I pay $99 for for the past 5 years. Then I was told she would put me to a technician at no charge. I was transferred 3 times to different techs and still no work done on my laptop. I ended the session with no agent responses back to me at 1 p.m. I am totally disgusted with this service. I got the identical run around when I called Best Buy. My member number is : GSPSUP189814****238

Cannot find a way to get the repair service I paid over $200.00 for. Tell me how to utilize the service without having to pay an additional $46.00 for it.

Problem with an order placed online three months ago. Best Buy will not honor the order that was placed and paid for in full.

Dissatisfied

I bought a new Laptop from your Meriden store and they failed to find the issues I was having and I have only had an non chargeable laptop sine the first week I owned it and NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME I WONT GET MY LAPTOP BACK FOR ANOTHER MONTH?????!!!! I bought my Dell Lab top on August 24, 2021, I had an issues with my computers battery and charging cord and port! I have had to bring my Dell Lap top back to the Meriden, CT store 3 TIMES and had to buy universal charger for 70.00 ! The fourth time I went back they finally realized what was wrong and said it would be 3 weeks until I get it back! I have not had a running computer for the last 4 weeks ! So far NOTHING. A TOTAL JOKE.

absolutely no respect. No contact. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spent over $7,500 in appliances and I can’t talk with anyone.

They TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN. they care only about their sale.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU PAY FOR PRODUCTS THAT THEY NEGLECT TO TELL YOU ARE ON BACK ORDER AND DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE IN I specifically told them I could not do back orders. Bought 4 top of the line appliances. Called about delivery. Cant call local store only 800# available. Rep told me refrig is on back order and will not be delivered on October 6th as planned. No forewarning. Waited for manager 40 minutes said hed call me. NO CALL.

I bought 2 printers...returned both...best buy does not have any color laser printers. They will not give me my money back, only store credit.

No Printers available to buy...I returned 2 printers and they only would give me store credit. I need a printer now for business. I need money back that I bought 2 from Best Buy, but they were broken or not the right one...not working printers. If they have no printer for me to buy they should reimburse my best buy credit card. NOT RIGHT!!!!!

I'm in a dilemma

It's not a complaint. I need to know if the warranty on my phone becomes void if I bring my phone to Geek Squad to fix other then the place I bought the phone.had the phone 2 months and brought it into T Mobile 4 times for them to fix storage on it and they gave up.

User's recommendation: Yes I like the guy who helped me. But forgot to ask the question before I left store.
