Bought a washer and dryer. Tech cam and installed. Dryer did not work. He refused to take it back. Called the store and was told there was nothing they could do. We had to come to store and complain. Called several times and got the run around. Went to the store and same thing. Manager was on the phone with tech and then handed it off to someone else that knew nothing. Had to find another superviser. Took over an hour and might get another dryer in a week and a half. Its already been oner a week. Cant do laundry. Still have nroken dryer and lots of stress from untrained very unhelpful and rood people. Will never buy here again

Exact same experience as you, sitting on the phone, explaining over and over, no one ever calls back or follows up. Kept my money too since appliance was lost in delivery. Stay away from anything purchased at BB that needs to be delivered.

Go outside, pick up a rock, bring it inside....this is about what you're going to get if you buy an ASUS anyway....a paperweight. Bought a brand new, transformer book from Best Buy LAST CHRISTMAS for boyfriend and it has been nothing but a headache. Quick overview: problems straight out of box, returned to best buy and got a replacement. He set it up, used it for maybe an hour, shut it down. Went to play on it a couple of weeks later, no power. Best buy refused to exchange due to out of exchange date, called ASUS and troubleshoot for 4 hours with no luck. Send it in, wait a month, get it back "fixed"....it doesn't boot past certain screen. Sit on phone for several more hours, send it BACK in, wait a month, get it back "fixed" again....touch screen doesn't work. Sit on phone for several MORE hours, send it in, you get the point....on the 3rd "fix" I threw a fit and they offered a refubished model......um....I never even used the NEW computer! Well, we settled and waited for the email to approve (this is August by this point) and finally get it after several calls. We reply to the email (september) and hear nothing for over a month. Call back in October and settle again for a replacement we don't want but just want to be done. November...we receive NOT THE LAPTOP WE AGREED TO!!! it was tiny and not a transformer! So the calls begin again....Just about a month away from Christmas and we are still trying to get a working replacement for a Christmas gift from last year. So, seriously, save yourself the time and headache and just get a rock....you won't be so upset when it breaks.

All iphones 7s are unlocked until they are activated by a carrier. You just have to make sure you buy the correct model for the type of service your carrier uses. If it's Verizon it will be CDMA if it's sprint, t-mobile, or att it will be GSM

Don't hold your breath, the organization is so large that no one is accountable and could care less if the customer is happy. I waited on 3 deliveries that never came, spent 10 hours on the phone with various case managers and customer service reps, 5 hours in store trying to get things resolved. Finally just cancelled the order, best part is they won't refund me because they can't find my particular appliance in the delivery warehouse (probably why it was never delivered you think?)- doesn't make sense and they give no authority to the employees at the store to try and make things right.

Absolutely horrible, they did nothing to resolve my issue with my samsung galaxy s6. Samsung had to argue back and forth with Best Buy who sold me the phone as to who was lying and who was not. I left in tears with no answer and no solution. No one could make up their minds and it was very unprofessional. I was given a damaged phone from the store and was told Samsung would cover the damages and they never replied to me and when the phone proceeded to break even more they told me it was not their problem and I should not have purchased a damaged phone. How am I supposed to know? I don't work there and didn't really get to see the phone and look at it until I was leaving the store. I will never ever go to Best Buy again. My family will be pulling their cards from them and we will no longer shop there. They treated me poorly and gave me no respect and accused me of lying.

Once again I find myself submitting a complaint through a third party to a company which should have an email address for this. A few days ago my brother needed a reasonable accomodation to a disabling injury at a best buy store, he was flatly denied. The claim was made by the store manager that company policy did not allow him to do what was needed by my brother. In the first place, I was shocked. My own experience with best buy has been positive, to say the least. The store manager has the disgressionary authority to do a lot more than what my brother was needing . While my brother explores recourse to this through official channels, it sounds rather like an ADA violation was made, I thought it would be better to give best buy a chance to just make it right. It really would have been in their best interest to have provided a more private channel for this communication

Just got off the phone with a customer service rep who nice but, of course cannot deviate from Best Buy's (SELFISH, MONEY-GRABBING) policy of "No Returns or Exchanges" AFTER 15 DAYS- the worst . Not sure what the Holidays policy is but make sure you know that this is their hard and fast policy at this time and, to my knowledge, at all times (possible excepting the Holiday Season). Regarding the product, I was able to finally obtain a Netgear (Nuance) phone # that actually worked! as the BBuy customer service rep gave me that number- the one I had found on the website did not go through. In fact, Nuance will, like many organizations now- do everything possible to NOT provide their number easily, imo. I clicked on the "Contact Us by Phone" field and still did not arrive at a site where the number was listed- how disingenuous. Right now, the extender is working fine- the help center (India) was very helpful, to their credit and were patient with me when I was not in the best of spirits.

Holiday return policy starts November 1st. That gives you until January 15th to return the product.

I think it all depends on who you get at the counter. I can personally say that if a customer has a legitimate issue with a product and they just want an exchange and not a return I help them by exchanging the product as long as it wasn't purchased too far out of policy. Also, some manufacturer's do allow us to fulfill their warranty in store, it's always worth a try.

If the product is truly defective have the associate attempt a return as a defective item. If the manufacturer does not accept the return in store a receipt will print out saying sorry for the inconvenience.
