Bad management | Best Buy review

Hi my sister bought a TV at best buy ! when she open it up the screen was bad ! so we took it back ! No big deal. She got a different one different brand. got it home it was a Henesise Roku the remote was terrible no numbers for channels bad picture. So back to store we went ! To let you know it was 60 miles to store and back ! we get a third tv got it home bad screen ! Took it back ! By now we are not very happy . Got the manager told him what has happen & ask him what he was going to make this right sent we ad to drive so any miles and wasted a whole day ! He said he would exchange it or give her money back ! He said we probley broke it taking it out of the box !!!!!!!!!!!!!! At that time my sister was in tears I told him to give her money back . And we would go to walmart and get one . This was not right 180 mile and still had to go to walmart to get one . AND IT WORKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered TV to be delivered 8-12. After 12 called to check status. After on hold for 30 minutes told it would be another 1 1/2 hours for delivery. No one called to let me know they would be late. They can cancel my order but not issue the refund. Have to call tomorrow. I'm back to work then and will prob be on hold a long time too. Also had scheduled a Geek Squad for 2 days later to install a new router that this TV would need as well. A FORMER Best Buy Customer!

"If you are patient enough to decipher that idiotic ***," or anyone who has called a company in the last 20 years since most of them have switched to using their store/company name as their phone number. It's really easy to decipher using those handy letters below each number on the keypad.

After calling to check the status numerous times since I received the empty box on 11/18 and was told I must wait, the agent I spoke to on 12/5 told me they sent the request to the wrong department and she will submit another request. I called back three days later and was finally routed to talk to the agent in the refund center.

I received the refund back in my credit card 2 days later.

Although I finally received my refund, it took a lot of hard work on my part. The next time I order something expensive, I have to be more diligent and pick up at the store.

Awful customer service | Best Buy review

I purchased an appliance 5 weeks ago that was to be delivered to my home, 1st four hour appointment window no show no call, 2nd four hour appointment window no show no call, 3rd four hour appointment window - you guessed it - no show no call. I went back to the store to cancel the order, they wouldn't refund me allow me to use the funds to purchase something else stating the item is lost in shipment and until they can find it I'm out the bucks. Great sales plan plan, take customers money, commit to delivering an appliance, never deliver it and keep customers money. Pure profit.
