I know you woulda called the police if I would have even mentioned it. your that kind of guy that hides behind his desk and talks *** until you get confronted. then you hide behind the cops. I thought about going to meet Rich after work because I know that only 3 people close down the store, him a customer service rep, and an asset protection ***. but he probably woulda run or called 911 crying I don't know why I need to enter 100 *** words just to leave a complaint. what the what the what the ***. is this enough words?

I mean...I was with ya till you turned that corner into the feeble attempt at the 'extended consequences' argument. Even if they called you or if you received a prompt response as to the delivery issues in question the first time you called, YOU still took YOUR food out already.

YOU FAILED! Hows that feel? You feel all warm a fuzzy inside? You gonna give me $300 for the painful arthritis that I will no doubt suffer from for having to type out such a long response?

No? Why not? Maybe because to you my point may have been petty and off topic..?

Sound familiar...? Definitely have to give you props leading up until that point though.

First i purchased a Whirlpool - 24" Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher - Monochromatic Stainless Steel Model: WDF520PADM SKU: 8561015 on 11/28/2016 del order #1116333428819 I'm a elite plus member ( i see this don't matter ) I ordered it at best buy in Garden State Plaza NJ and it was promised to be shipped and installed on the 12/19/2016. on that day i did received a washer machine early that day in the morning and was assured from the guys that the dishwasher is coming later on .. my appointment was from 8am till 12 pm I also received a call from the 3rd party (xpo) that it was confirmed for that day and hours .. so i was waiting until they arrived .. after 12 pm i decided to call best buy and find out about the delay and i was told it was rescheduled by the 3rd party installers without any notice.. I explained to the best buy agent that i took time off to get this product to my home and i was not notified and how could this be ... so waiting for over 25 min on the phone he came back to tell me it was changed by (xpo) and I have to talk to them .. I said "I have to talk to them " I don't understand why i should talk to them because i got the dishwasher from you (best buy ) not them .. he told me to hold on then of course i lost him on the phone .. I called again the best buy elite plus phone number and explained again and the agent again the waiting game begins and when the agent came back on the person could not understand why it was not delivered. again waiting for now a supervisor took over 31 min .. When the supervisor came on again i was hearing that it was rescheduled and don't know why but they are going to call the warehouse and ask why.. I was transferred to (xpo) supervisor who told me that it was rescheduled because it was not found in any route in the computer .. I explained to her (her name is Whitney) by the way, that i was told it was because they had no space on the truck ( to the best buy agent who told me this ) and that i was called by you guys telling me the delivery is conformed for the 19th and the time .. she told me that it was not true because her computer told her this .. so i must have made it up i told her .. plus i have my receipts and paper work for the 28th of last month about the appointment date .. well it a nut shell she was telling me that now (because i argued with her it went from coming to my house on the 23 a few min ago to now the 27 .. so i called the corporate office while my wife again was calling best buy elite plus number to try and figure out a solution.. I spoke to a nice lady at the corporate office and explained what happen and she transfer me to a man named Michael who sounded surprised when i was explaining what happen .. so i was explaining all what happen and i notice no sound on the phone and that is when i realized that he got off the phone and was never there .. again i called the corporate office who now picked up the phone and i explained to talk to Michael and i was transferred to a line that had the same music as the best buy number and was told 41 min till a agent can talk to me.I hung up and called again and again was put on hold with the same music .At the same time my wife is on the other phone talking to a agent who has us on hold while the best buy agent talks to the 3rd party (xpo) about why this happen and can it be done today .. So to finish this up, nothing happen !!!!!!!!!!over 2 hours and 34 min on the phone trying to reach anyone to help us NOTHING!!!! its funny how everyone just points fingers at each other and dont deal with the problem.! So I will NOT be a Elite Plus Member no more because Im going someplace else to buy any electronics or appliances and i will be telling all my friends about this Fiasco..

I ordered for a laptop a month ago. I neither got my laptop nor my refund. I called more than 50 times for my refund, no one responded. Poor customer service. Every time when i call the wait time would be more than an hour and then after speaking for 10 minutes they will disconnect my call for no reason. Every customer representative will say a different answer. One say it is still in the process of investigation and the other will say the refund was already processed and an another customer representative say i need to wait for 10 more business days. I feel very bad about this and i regret why did i shop at best buy. The worst online store/service i ever seen.

I purchased a stacked washer/dryer in September 2016 at Pacific Sales, a few weeks prior to their being bought by Best Buy. When I went to the store in November to arrange to have them ship the unit (we just bought a house and it took that long to close escrow), I was told that the unit would now come from Best Buy and I needed to cancel the item, get a refund check and come in and re-purchase it. I waited a week for the check to arrive, and when it did, I immediately cashed it and brought in the money to purchase the same item again. At that point I was told there were no units in stock! I spoke with the manager, Gill, and he somehow was able to locate a unit for me, guaranteeing it would be delivered on December 10th which was fine. On December 8th I called Best Buy to confirm the order and was told it was definitely scheduled to be delivered in the morning. On the morning of December 10th, the delivery person called me to say that the unit was not on his truck! He said he would call customer service and call me back when he found out what was going on. He never called back. I called Best Buy customer service and was informed there were no units in stock. I proceeded to call Pacific Sales and Gill, the manager who had helped me before, looked in his computer and said he saw 4 units in stock. He called Best Buy and one of their customer service people, Vanessa, called me back to say that it may look like there are 4 units in stock but it's not accurate since they could have already been claimed by customers. I explained the situation to her, saying that hopefully I was one of those customers with a claim on a unit. Ha. She called me several more times to let me know she was "working on it" and promised to try to contact the warehouse via email (the only way to contact them, apparently) and keep me posted. She kept repeating that she would make sure to give me a $75 Best Buy card (as if I would ever shop there again!). After 2 days I started calling again. I spent over 2 hours on hold and finally I was able to reach Vanessa again. She assured me she was "still working on it" and hadnt heard from the warehouse yet. I then called Gill at Pacific Sales again and told them what was going on. He promised to reach out to Best Buy to see what he could do and would "get back to me in an hour." He never did. The next day I called Pacific Sales again and asked to speak to Gill. The person answering the phone was the outgoing manager, Tim, who was retiring. He expressed how screwy everything was since Best Buy purchased them and with lots of compassion promised to help. He even gave me his personal cell number so we could communicate by text. Without detailing how many times we texted and how often I called Best Buy only to get put on hold, it was unbelievable. Yesterday I reached my wits end and called Best Buy again at about 8:00 p.m. When I finally got through and was able to get to a customer service person, I asked to speak to a manager. She connected me with Leanna. I told her the same story and she promised to "work on it" and "reach out to me" when she got in the next day. She gave me her direct number. That was today, and no call. I tried calling at least 6 times tonight only to have it go directly a recording or be put on hold. I contacted Tim at Pacific Sales once again and he assured me that Gill and Leanna are working on it. I mentioned to him that I would be fine getting a floor model, as I had said previously. He said they would figure out how to do that since they havent done that yet with Best Buy. His last text to me was wishing me luck since he is now officially retired. I expressed my upset to be losing the only person who seemed to be doing SOMETHING to resolve this crazy situation. I cannot believe how insane this has been. We recently moved to a remote forest area that has no laundromat, and my husband is completely disabled. I cannot be without a washer/dryer. Not only will I never purchase anything from Best Buy again, I plan to take my complaint as far up as possible. I would ask for my money back, but based on what I've seen on other websites, I would still not be able to get a washer/dryer until early January. UNBELIEVABLE. Having owned a retail store for over 20 years, I cannot imagine how Best Buy stays in business. It would seem that they should be able to accurately account for their inventory, have a true list posted for their employees, have a better customer service and know what the *** they are doing. I feel like I have been lied to and taken for a very long ride. I'm not sure what happens with reviews on this website, but I do hope someone at Best Buy is reading this. If anyone on this website can help I would greatly appreciate it as well.

DELIVERY DATE CHANGED CHRISTMAS WEEK!!! | Best Buy review

I went to buy a fridge because mine died the 12/15/16. I told the salesman..."I need a fridge Yesterday"! "Is it possible to get one in a few days"? He was a very nice guy, ( Ed, in the Everett Ma store) he did what he could, tried everything. He got me a fridge for the following Monday, 12/19/16! YAYYY!!! Saturday evening, I get a call confirming my delivery. I asked if they were taking the old one, she said "if you want". I said "yes please"! Approx. 1/2 hour later, I get an email confirming the fridge will come but due to them now taking your old fridge, it will be on Thursday! I called & spoke to a girl, who was so non-shalont (sp*), I thought I woke her up! She said that "I" had called to change the date"......OMG!! I said "I did not"!! I asked for a manager, (Chris) he sounded like he could care less!! He said "we sent in the request, we will know in an hour if it can be changed back to Monday". I said "I'll call back". One hour later I called Chris back, he said "oh I forgot they close at 5, so we won't know till tomorrow".......OMG again!!! (I have no fridge, a week before Christmas)!!! I finally spoke to another manager (at least that's what she said). She told me "we are working on it"!! I then figure out that I have no choice but to wait for the fridge to come when ever the heck they decide it should. Because they have my money, it's a week before Christmas, no other store will deliver until 12/30/16 the earliest, because it's too late. In a very PISSED off conclusion, I figure out. I paid more than I ever expected to pay for a fridge, because it's Christmas week, but mainly because BEST BUY promised delivery in 4 days and I'm screwed!! BEST BUY....if your reading this, and I do hope you are & that this matters to you. I am remodeling my kitchen. I need ALL new appliances, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer & dryer. Since I purchased a Kitchen Aid fridge, I plan on purchasing ALL the appliances.......Kitchen Aid.....I WILL NOT BE BUYING THEM FROM BEST BUY!!!

They can't renew the plan because Toshiba does not manufacture computers anymore. They get all parts for repair directly from the manufacturer. They will still attempt to repair, but sometimes they just can't get the parts now.
