Wireless Headphones | Best Buy review

I bought a pair of Sony Wireless FM Stereo Headphones from Best Buy (online purchase) and also purchased "Geek" Squad protection. We attempted to set up the headphones per instructions to a home theater system. All we got was static each time. I looked up my "Geek" Squad plan and contacted them. I was placed on hold multiple times before being transferred to four different customer service representatives/departments. As the fourth CSR told me that she'd need to transfer me to another department, I asked her if she could possibly transfer to someone who could assist. She then questioned whether I even had a "Geek" Squad plan. I rattled off the plan ID number, along with the start and end date and model number of the headphones. At this point she said that I should just take the headphones back to the Best Buy store and replace them. Couldn't someone have told me that 45 minutes earlier?

Bestbuy sold me a 2015 TV (12/10/16) wouldn't connect to internet, samsung decided it needed repair. Sometime between packing and unpacking the screen was cracked. Bestbuy's position is tough luck, No exchange, no store credit, no refund, nothing. Out $2500 dollars. Do yourself a favor buy from costco much much better warranty. Never use bestbuy buy again. rewards points are valid for a very short time. costco gives us cash back every year no time limit. -END- never, never, again. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I ordered an Ultra HD 40 inch TV on special in November. It got delivered and was damaged. I take it to the Long Beach store where I'm told it will be delivered December 13th. Never shows up. Go into the store and spend an hour for them to tell me I had a "ghost order" meaning the online# and in store # didn't match and the order never got placed. Then I leave being told that I will get it today, December 22nd and I get a call form the warehouse saying they need to reschedule! What is up with the lack of organization, archaic system that produces "ghost orders" and the general incompetence? This company sucks and I'm going to Costco. I will never shop here again!

I went to best buy to purchase the limited edition 3ds mario edition in black for my 7yo son on Thanksgiving at about 5:30pm, i arrived and immediately asked if it was available to see if it was worth my time waiting in line.. and hour later in line, i nearly made it to the curves of checking out when an employee approached me about checking out faster through customer service.. they proceeded to tell me that the item while no longer in store could still be purchased and shipped to the store by dec. 3rd.. i then purchased the 3ds! On thr 3rd i went to pick it up! The original order was cancelled and they didnt know why.. and the refund was pending... so the kid in cs, looked and said.. oh its fine you can just pay again and this time we can ship it to your house by the 12th.. ok cool im glad he could fix it... the 12 comes No Delivery! I call a few days later because shipping has been bad everywhere and i hadn't received a text alert.. well i called this past Monday and the order was cancelled again.. so.. im really erks me that your store and your customer service left me a without the one item i bought on all of black Friday with no remorse, no solution, no alternative? The same week of Christmas.. and you didn't even plan on telling me!! I am astonished! If it wasn't available then why would you tell me it was and let me but it! I could've taken my business down the road to Walmart and id have the gift for my son.. but no..... you wanted the guaranteed sale EVEN IF YOU SCREWED ME OVER TO GET IT! You owe me a 3DS! I cant believe you can do this and not feel bad! They dont have ANY 3DS IN THE WHOLE STATE NOW BECAUSE YOU WAITED SO LONG TO SCREW ME OVER! How dare you do this! I will never shop here again and i will tell all of my friends and family in the 26 states that you are on my blacklist and to take their money elsewhere! Im a single mom.. and a army war veteran, i just started a new job, my son only asked for two things and he was only getting those few things so we can save to move after our house gets sold out from under us... do you have any compassion yet? Didnt think so!

Eugene store manager RIch, I wish we could have gone out back and dealt with this like men. I know you woulda called the police if I would have even mentioned it. your that kind of guy that hides behind his desk and talks *** until you get confronted. then you hide behind the cops. I thought about going to meet Rich after work because I know that only 3 people close down the store, him a customer service rep, and an asset protection ***. but he probably woulda run or called 911 crying I don't know why I need to enter 100 *** words just to leave a complaint. what the what the what the ***. is this enough words?

I mean...I was with ya till you turned that corner into the feeble attempt at the 'extended consequences' argument. Even if they called you or if you received a prompt response as to the delivery issues in question the first time you called, YOU still took YOUR food out already.

YOU FAILED! Hows that feel? You feel all warm a fuzzy inside? You gonna give me $300 for the painful arthritis that I will no doubt suffer from for having to type out such a long response?

No? Why not? Maybe because to you my point may have been petty and off topic..?

Sound familiar...? Definitely have to give you props leading up until that point though.
