A couple of things: first, you really need to re-take that 4th grade English composition class as your missive is rather lacking in correct grammar. Second, you do know that Best Buy does not make the computers they sell, don't you?

Blame the manufacturer for any problems. You have a warranty period on it to take care of these problems.

If Best Buy doesn't make it right, then contact the manufacturer. But, do take that English class ASAP.

I have been a customer for 10 years. Bought Samsung TV for Christmas present and charged it on Best Buy credit card. It was shipped. TV damaged, physical damage, either through shipping or it was defective before being shipped. Return department said they would email me a shipping label to return it. Shipping label never came in the 24 hour period. Demanded to speak with a supervisor. The last time I called I was on hold for 30 minutes before they hung up. And, the last representative I spoke with was rude. I called a total of three different times. Called once on 12-26-16 and called twice on 12-30-16. They don't want to help me or deal with the damaged TV. No return, no refunds. I won't be buying any more products from Best Buy. They have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy.

We had the same thing happen to us. A Bluetooth cooker was ordered on 12/15/16, with 2 day ship to store (thinking how could that be messed up).

2 days came and went, no notifications, then on the 21st, we were told it would be there on the 26th. 26th came and went, saying it was delayed shipping. Now they've admitted they can't find it & that we'd have to wait to get our money back when it shows up. Umm no.

I threw a fit and they cancelled the order finally. As soon as the money credits we're doing what we should have done in the first place- order from Amazon Prime. That was my husband's Christmas present. No offer to compensate anything and a half *** apology.

1st and last time to order anything from them. Buyer beware.

So sad!

Anyway, it always tickles me when people try to be tightwads by purchasing cheap products and/or services, then are mad when they realize why the products and/or services or cheap.

Finally, Best Buy is not a telephone company.

How would they get you minutes? That would be like me buying a TV from there and then being mad at them because I wasn't getting cable on my TV.

Auto generated emails with inaccurate information and the 800 # is useless. Not one other retailer dropped the ball on Christmas orders. Never again will I shop Best Buy.
