That does kinda suck. Unfortunately the color of the item indicates the price.

Because the red one was 149.99 and the blue one was probably the same they can't price match previous prices. Also if I remember that was for their Black Friday ad. I picked up a red one myself. They can't price match during that period anyway.

They can exchange it for anything but if it's different color or anything like that the price might be different. That's most places as well not solely Best Buy.

I bought a Roku streaming stick through Best Buy internet site on Cyber Monday for $ 29.99. I went completely through their process til it said my purchase had been 'processed' and pick up date and store. They sent me multiple emails. I got to the store and customer service told me nothing came through on my purchase. They then told me I could buy a Roku Streaming Stick in the store for $49.99 though. Last time I go to Best Buy. I tore up my rewards card and walked out. I walked across the street and bought the same Roku Streaming Stick for $39.99, not the price I originally wanted, but it was not at Best Buy.

On 12/09/16, I purchased a Roku TV and the delivery carrier (UPS) threw the package in front of the house. I picked up this heavy box and found the TV screen was cracked, the sides were dented and other issues. On 12/22/16, I called Best Buy to complain and to get the TV replaced. The agent I spoke to told me I would receive a $50.00 Gift Card for the inconvenience, I would receive an email within the next 24 - 48 hours didn't receive the email. Then the agent stated I would receive the Gift Card within 10 - 15 days and did not receive it. The agent sent a return label and delivered the replacement TV. The driver would not take the TV so I had to wait again for them to pick up the TV. On 01/07/17, I spoke to an agent Mel which very confused about I asked then proceeded to tell me about an in store purchase for the $50.00 Gift Card. I got 4 different answers from her and none them I ask. They accent is so thick I had to continually repeat my issues. I started getting frustrated and asked for a supervisor. She returned to the phone to tell me "her supervisor was on another call so she asked for my phone number to return my call. I told her "No" just transfer me to the supervisor. voicemail and I'll leave information with him. She placed me on hold 4 times between 5 - 9 mins on each hold. She came back to phone stating the supervisor ask if I could hold 30 - 40 mins. I told her yes. She held the phone while I'm listening to her typing and asked if i needed anything else. Ok, I'm transferring you to my supervisor but she transferred me to sales. I spoke the Antonisha (Supv) and explained what happened during my 30 minutes call with Mel. I asked for Mel's supervisor and she transferred me her. I was told Best Buy was inundated with Gift Card issuance so the Gift Card was issued 01/6/17 past the time frame preciously given. I told her Mel needed up-training and accent is so thick I repeated my issues several times because she was so confused with process. Then the supervisor phone disconnected and she called back but I couldn't take anymore excuses. Best Buy may have Great Prices but their Online Customer Service and agents "Stinks". I do not feel valued therefore why would I want to purchase anything else from them.

I have never been so disappointed in service and products. Ordered what I thought was a certified unlocked refurbished iPhone 5....got one not unlocked. Was told defective when called, complained, new phone shipped asap..Same phone model shipped...same problem, and this one had scratches on it. Packaging inside states this is a certified unlocked phone. So took to Verizon store to have added to account only to find this phone is also still locked to previous carrier.Really...and they could do absolutely NOTHING!!! This was just the worst experience ever in service. Will not recommend this company again. Yes I was upset and told them so.....they have no answers and no help. Had to go another route altogether...waste of time...

We bought a floor model refrigerator Dec 24 at the Pembroke Pines FL store and were informed that delivery was free and could be delivered Jan 3. There were minor scratches on the side and internal pieces were missing but we were willing to an agreed discount and would clean it up and replace the pieces ourselves. We were shocked at delivery to find 3 1/4 inch gouges and other scratches on the front. Best Buy refused to fix the product and instead offed Best Buy gift cards. We rejected the offer and are continuing our search for a refrigerator. The saddest part here is the fact that we lost out on a fair price for a good product and the delivery or warehouse workers are still gainfully employed and will continue to work there.

Best Buy - Shipping Service Review

I was in the market for a new over-the-counter microwave after ours went out. I found the model I wanted and did some comparison shopping online. Best Buy had the best combo of price and availability, so I went with them. Their website said that the microwave I wanted could be delivered and installed on 12/9. So, I purchased the microwave and when I went to schedule it, the earliest date was 12/16. Felt like a bait-and-switch, but I let it go, since I could make myself available for their 4-hour window on the 16th. So, I scheduled myself off of work that morning so than I could be there for the installation. Then I got a phone call on the 14th telling me that they never shipped the microwave and so they wouldn't be able to install it on the 16th as planned. They said the soonest they could get it installed was 12/27. They said they'd issue me a Best Buy gift card after installation for the inconvenience, but they didn't specify for how much. Fast forward to 12/27. The delivery guys arrived with a completely dented up microwave. Looked like a floor model that had bee dropped, kicked, and then drop-kicked. They apologized, took the damaged microwave back to the truck and said that I could expect a call right away to reschedule a delivery for a replacement microwave. I never got a call to reschedule and tried calling Best Buy Customer Support three times to try and reschedule, but each time they said they couldn't reschedule it because their system showed that the microwave was "Out for Delivery." Finally, I spoke with someone who handles the deliveries who changed the status in the system and we got a new delivery date of 1/3, again for a 4-hour window. She reiterated that they'd issue a refund or gift card for the inconvenience. Today is 1/2 and I get an email stating that my "new delivery date is now 1/30." That's 27 days past the scheduled delivery and two full months past the original order date of 1/30. And this time it wasn't a call. It was an email! I called Best Buy service and talked to Jamie who cancelled my order. When I asked about a gift card for the inconvenience, she very rudely said "Well, if you would have kept the order, we could have given you a gift card, but since you cancelled it, we won't do anything for you." I let her know that Best Buy has lost my business forever. Terrible experience. I'll go to any number of appliance competitors for appliances from now on and simply use Amazon for everything else Best Buy offers.
