I have been in the store and called the 888 number numerous times over the past 4 years to receive a new credit card. I have yet to receive one. I have been a CC customer since 2014. I always have to enter my information at checkout. I am trying to order online, and the rep. cannot give me my CC information over the phone. It is the same information I have to enter in the store! Very irritating when I am trying to have a store pickup in another state. Since I have to give another credit card company the business, I also miss out on my rewards. Once again, I am a very unhappy Best Buy customer. I believe I will check Amazon.

Item missing in box

I bought a brand new TV in the box and the remote control for the TV was missing Best Buy requested that I box the TV back up and bring it to customer service for a replacement I am 80 years old and I cannot climb a ladder to take it off the wall they delivered it they want to exchange they should send somebody here to take it off the wall and repackage it

I purchased a insignia 39' TV off amazon but it was sold and shipping by best buy well not even 3 months later the TV stopped working out of no fault of my own there was no physical damage to the TV is just would not turn on. Well first I messaged them through via amazon app and explained what happened and received an email basically saying it wasn't there problem. And for me to contact manufactured of the TV and they say to contact the seller of TV so it was just a really bad experience.

I purchase a Keurig brewer in Jan 2021 I tried to return brewer yesterday. Best Buy said I had to contact Keurig. Best Buy would not give me a new brewer or assist me with this defective purchase. I was told that it was their return policy. I am very disappointed with Best Buy. I will not purchase anything that this store. They have a NO RETURN return policy. I want to contact Best Buy Corporate and find out how Best Buy can have a NO RETURN policy. With his type of customer service, Best Buy should not be in business. Don’t post lies to try to make your post appear valid. They have a 15 day return policy and the manufacturer has a one year warranty after that. You call the manufacturer after 15 days.

You bought it in January, it is now May. The product is not defective, it falls under Keurig’s one year warranty.

You need to call Keurig. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy.

I am not happy with Best Buy! I put in my order last week to have my fridge delivered Monday may 3!

They showed up took my old fridge which they broke it to get it out! Went to bring in my new fridge which they had damaged getting out of the truck! They left with both did not leave me with a fridge! Ive been on the phone all day yesterday and today!

I set another appointment for a new one to be delivered and now the fridge is out of stock! They want to do nothing but shrug their shoulders and tell me they cant do anything! I have a family of 6 and now were using a cooler! Ive called and talked to someone and they want me to pay more to get another fridge because of their mistake!

This is the most frustrating thing! Ive missed work and Ive lost food because of this! Also as Im on the phone they need to completely cancel my order refund me wait for the refund to get into my account and then reorder another fridge! So waiting for a refund 5-7 days with NO REFRIGERATOR!

Ive been on the phone two hours and then hung up on!

I have to wait another week or two to possibly be told they do not have one in stock! My family is using a cooler when I could have used my old fridge or been told I could keep the new one here and had it exchanged!

Purchased a Laptop on 4/22/2021 in the amount over $1000 with a delivery date for 4/23/20021; On 4/23 received an email/text that the product was delivered and the pictured that was attached to the email was not my location. I have spoken to MULTIPLE customer services rep. Approx 17 staff members. As of 4/28/2021 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. THE WORST COMPANY! P

I bought a car alarm at Best Buy on 4/2/21 and scheduled installation on 4/24/21. On 4/22/21, I received a call from Scott, who said that I had been sold the wrong alarm for my car. He said I need to pay an extra $100 for a transponder. I drove to Best buy to purchase the transponder, but was told that if I wanted installation without leaving my car for a whole day, I would have to wait until May 26. This is unacceptable, as I had made the initial purchase on April 2 and had to wait almost 8 weeks for installation. I returned the alarm and am reluctant to shop at Best Buy again due to salesperson selling me wrong merchandise, waiting 20 days to be informed and charging another $100, then having to wait an additional month for installation.

Just purchased Lenovo ThinkPad .. completely disappointed ..

I paid over $900 4 Non touchscreen laptop .. this unit did not even have memory to cover my 15 year old HP and I was misled by sales

I don't have enough living days to record all of the total incompetent screw-ups in terms of delivery...waiting for the third scheduled delivery...past time and so not happening. You even said you couldn't do the oick up and delivery on the same day. ??? So...ok. then you changed the times requiring us to arrange for an afternoon vs morning. Didn't trust you so we stayed home all day...that didn't work either. No pickup or drop off today. Curious how your folks will install tomorrow without the TV or sound bar. But not too concerned as you likely won't show up tomorrow to install the TV which wasn't delivered today. Still on hold on your cust service number (888-237-****)...your expected wait time of 3 minutes is now over 22. So I have a "call back within 13 minutes"...right! Never Again Best Buy!

I went to our local Best Buy (Lake Jackson, Texas) yesterday to purchase a Sony stereo receiver and speakers and only went to the store to ask a question regarding hooking audio from my TV through receiver BEFORE I purchased. I was told by the "doorkeeper" that she would send someone to help me in the audio department... I found the receiver I wanted to buy but the speakers were out of stock. After waiting for an employee to answer my connection question for 10 minutes (I was literally the only customer in the entire store except for the phone area), I gave up and proceeded to checkout... I would estimate the checkout girl had been an employee there for approximately and hour and a half because I put the receiver in front of the bar code scanner and explained that I wanted to go ahead and PAY for the speakers and have them shipped directly to me. I even provided the SKU for her to input into the register (which I had gotten from the website) and she had to CALL FOR HELP! At some point I had LOWERED my face mask in order for the girl to understand my delivery instructions and as I was finishing the checkout process a "manager" type walked over and TOLD me (not "asked" me) to replace my mask or she would FORCED to eject me from the store!! I was so angry that as I tried to readjust the elastic straps, I broke both of them off and had to HOLD the mask over my face as I tried to carry and balance the somewhat heavy stereo receiver out the front door of the building. Like some of your other reviewers, I have purchased several expensive items at Best Buy over the years (60" TV, 2 laptops, etc) and have always had GREAT customer service, but after this experience I will seriously reconsider whether to continue to support this company with my patronage. As soon as I got home from the Best Buy debacle, I got online and promptly ordered a Sony DVD/CD player from AMAZON!! It will be here before the speakers! And regarding the speakers, I got an email this morning from Best Buy saying they were having trouble getting the speakers to me and might cancel the order and offer me a "refund" at their discretion. So, now I have a receiver sitting on the shelf with nothing to hook it up to and may be waiting for WEEKS on speakers the may never arrive. WAY TO GO BEST BUY!

Screwed on Computer Purchase

Ordered a Computer in Dec (3,000) Received Second week in January. Arrived missing the WIFI card. Went to Best Buy they said we cant help you contact manufacturer. A week later the card shows we took it to Best buy the installed. 6 weeks later the complete computer fails. Took it to best buy they say we cant fix it. Here is some store credit minus the $279 you paid for geek squad. So basically I rented a faulty computer for 1 little over a month and a half for $279. The should be a better warranty policy than 15 days for manufacturers defects.

Bought a TV from Best Buy for $75. Terrible sound quality. Called and they suggested sound bar for $50. After one hour with support he suggested they come to my home and set up. He said no charge. At time of appt, I took off work to be here, they call and say there is a charge, not free. Tried calling Best buy . and couldnt get any help. When I said I will return them both no one cared. When I said I wont renew total tech support, no one cared.

My max credit was $1000, and I have made multiple payments that exceed $450, yet my account continues to show a big outstanding balance. Why am I not being credited for the payments I make. Also , I havent been able to log back into my account and I have tried to log on with the options you offer on the site .

I'mad, no kitchen delivered and they kept my debit card money

I bought a kitchen range on 02/21 and paid with a debit card, I'm old sick and left without a Hot meals, the delivered was to be for 02/24/2021 from 12.00 pm to 6.00pm, no one called my house, no one care, the staff Anais Gonzales she was arrogant and nasty, she said, she made two invoices for 2 different people, she sold the same item twice, she said a glitch in the system, another lie, she sold two items who knows what she had in mind, On the 25th I went back to the store after 1 hour and 25 minutes a guy claiming to be a supervisor gave me a debit refund in my Bank account, until today no refund has taken place. I received a call from Carmen Carabajo the General Manager she was lost didn't know what the staff was doing, she told me she wrote a refund on the 24 today is Friday no refund, I'm left with no kitchen and no Money. Keep away from Doral the Staff is not reliable, doesnt tell the truth, just try to make a sale no matter what.
