I was told Its spam and just delete it by geek squad tech support. I gave them the info from the e-mail I received from a shyster trying to rip me off.

So a self entitled karen walks up to geek squad wanting service to a system that uses appointments. Because there's not a crowd she assumes she is the most important person in the area.

When she finds out this is not how it works she throws being a first responder in their face. Seriously grow up or learn to fix your own crap.

Geek squad complaints

Very bad customer service and management in Puyallup store and geek squad and managers in shift not helping first responders and rude to them and I have to wait more and I have to go and see my patients and I told them that , and I talked with managers and they dont care and even there is many of them and only 1 customer there

I called Best Buy the week of January 10th, 2021 to place a service call on my refrigerator. On that first visit a stove repairman showed up said he didn't work on refrigerators and that I needed to call and reschedule.

Refund Short $190

I purchased an all in one computer and digital download of Office on 12/30/20. The memory was not adequate for what I needed. The entire order was returned to a Best Buy location on 12/31/20 box unopened, download never accessed. The refund was short $190 with the Best Buy store clerk stating that I needed to contact customer support to complete the refund. More than a month later and several hour long phone calls later, I am still waiting for the balance of $190 on the refund. Every time I call, they state that they have expedited the request, but nothing happens. Anybody have any ideas on what my next step should be?

User's recommendation: Avoid Best Buy digital downloads.
