I bought a phone at Best Buy for 250$ and they didn’t have a cover for it for which they sent me to a different Best Buy store . The other best boy store sold me a cover that didn’t fit . Unfortunately I didn’t have the phone and I had to come home to try if it fits I was late to return by a few days and the Best Buy wasn’t ready to take the cover back . They send me to a store 20 miles from home for the cover , sell me the wrong cover and now they don’t want to take the cover back which costs 25$ when I have bought ta phone for 250$. No wonder people love amazon

I don't believe you "had to" purchase a new warranty. They were giving you a new telly to replace the old one which was under warranty.

Whether or not you wanted a warranty on the new one was up to you. The original warranty you paid for was for one specific brand and model of telly. The usual practice is to not carry over the warranty to a new telly once the old one expired. That's just the way it is and BB is following usual practice.

However, you might consider not buying a warranty in the first place as they are usually a waste of money-----you paid a few hundred dollars for a warranty on a telly and they have gone down substantially in price the past few years. Thus, you paid good money in the event something goes wrong during the warranty period----which is rare. You got lucky and got a new set. Most of the time, nothing goes wrong any you have wasted alot of money in the event something did go wrong.

I have seen people buy a warranty for a $50 microwave. Dumb.

We ordered a stove, fridge, washer, dryer and microwave. The guy says the fridge doesn’t fit by maybe 1/2 cm. And he doesn’t install microwaves! So I was left with a disconnected fridge uninstalled microwave and a stove they could not put in as well due to no safety bracket. My food melted while I leveled the fridge myself, and had to plug everything in so I could put my food away! Very frustrating! For a small female the fridge is not easy to move in and out! Now I have to find someone to install a microwave, wish I was informed prior to!!!

I purchase the kitchen appliance package from best buy in May during memorial day sale. my appliances were not delivered to me on the scheduled day as i the delivery truck broke down. Then i was rescheduled next week. i waited the entire day for the truck to come and no one came. This happened Five times at least to a point i had to miss my work for all those days that i was waiting for my appliances not to mention that i did not have a stove to cook, no microwave and no dishwasher. The store manager said its the delivery service that is responsible for it. Finally I got my mechandise near labor day week. Poor service. Very disappointing. No one take responsibity ones they get our money. Did get $75 in gift card.
