I purchased A phone at the store in manchester ct on saturday .The department that I was in was not busy at the time ,there were about 5 associates just hanging around talking to each other with hands in there pockets.I was looking for A smart phone looking where they would be none were to be found I asked an associate and he looked at the display that was empty and said there were none left well I had called the store prior to coming in and was told there were plenty in stock .When he finally looked who there was A draw full . Then I proceeded to ask to activate and transfer my information to the new phone I was told to go and call ATT and do it myself really??? I was not very happy left the store latter called ended with the department manager told him what happened and he also to my surprise told me the same thing that I should call and do it myself so why does the have people in the store to help customers do what????? ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER GUESS WHERE I WONT BE DOING MY SHOPPING AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!

I know it's frustrating, but they are offering you a timeframe to come fix it. Those large windows of time make sense if you think about it.

It's sort of impossible to know how long something will take. You wouldn't want them to leave your house at 11:30 if the product isn't fixed because they have an appointment at 12 would you?

Most Products 15 days

There is nothing in Best Buy's return/exchange policy talking about a 3 day window. That is pretty craptacular.

I made the big mistake of believing that buying from best Buys and getting the "geek squad" protection was enough. I was not told that I had a very short time to TEST and evaluate my product. I put the TV away for use when I finished a room,mounted it on the wall to find out it was FUBAR. In the store they told me the screen was cracked and that since I waited too long = I was getting NOTHING for the TV that I paid well over a few hundred for. AND just finished spending over 3800.00 in that store. IF you are tempted to buy from them ,TEST ANYTHING prior to leaving the store. No matter how hard it might be for them to open and test it. I will not spend another dime there,and I was planning to buy another 500.00 dollars in that store just today.

Worst service possible | Best Buy review

Sony cosigned to fix my TV with WWTS. WWTS refused to take it off the wall, refused to give the repair part so Best Buy could fix it, refused to coordinate time of repair with Best Buy. Called the day repair was scheduled with NO solution other than THEIR convenience. TV still broke . Pathetic customer service. The person involved was not solution oriented and never committed to the time of repair and only under her conditions. I had a warranty through Sony, less than a year old, and an extended warranty with Best Buy. Best But was extremely helpful and cooperative. WWTS was not.

My understanding of this write up is that your complaint is about the entire big box store business in general, not Best Buy specifically. This is the business world that has been so delicately molded from our cheap consumer mentality.

Everyone operates understaffed on purpose to off set everyone's need to make $30/hr and buy everything for the lowest prices. March Washington!!!!

We purchased 2 new I phones in may 2016 bogo buy one and receive visa card in 3 months for the second phone from verizon. Never received visa card.

Best buy store manager says not their problem. They just advertised falsely.

We have all our paperwork. Verizon says best best buy never turned in paper work.
