Here my order I placed online, 508400054 (KMM1260331V48590L0K​M). a defective laptop arrives at my place. After much fight and multiple phone calls a month and half later. I get my refund. I was happy it was done with. But the story takes a different turn here. Bestbuy calls my cell phone and informs me how bad they feel of the inconvenience this has caused and they want to make it up for me. I didn't ask for anything. to be honest I just wanted to get out of these non IT, non customer friendly company. So they offer me 20% discount on any next purchase from Bestbuy. They inform me go ahead with any future purchase and give us a call and just provide us your phone #. Discount will be granted on to your C card. Ok sounds like a fair deal. Here comes my mistake. I believe it. I go to bestbuy buy another laptop and call them since I have 20% off. right away CS agents tells me its 10% and not 20% and only for online deals ?? what ?? so here's me, who really wasn't expecting anything from BB just got conned again. If it was online why would I have to call you? you just had to email me a 20% or 10% discount email. CS did not have any clue. So transfers to manager. Manager sticks to the same sorry and here the final catch. We will offer you 10% discount for your next online purchase....booom* Since this was their trend and ignorance and stupidity is their process, program and motto. I just shook my head, planned to return the laptop soon and let them keep their 10, 20 or 40% offer they come with. Such bad customer service is the key this company is going down. You had till January 15th to return it they extended the return policy for the holidays. It sounds like their return system flagged you.

That happens for a few reasons I would contact the number they gave you when it was denied for the year. It's not the stores fault.

Best Buy - Xpo Logistics Delivery Service Review

Details
Scheduled delivery at the store with a 12 - 4 arrival. Got a call the night before to confirm time. Best Buy uses a Company called XPO who changed our delivery time to 8 - 12 with no exceptions. I spoke to 2 very rude and extremely unhelpful people. One being the "Supervisor". We chose the delivery time and scheduled time off from work. Why did they feel it is ok to adjust this time? I am very disappointed in the Company Best Buy chooses to use for delivery.

I purchased A phone at the store in manchester ct on saturday .The department that I was in was not busy at the time ,there were about 5 associates just hanging around talking to each other with hands in there pockets.I was looking for A smart phone looking where they would be none were to be found I asked an associate and he looked at the display that was empty and said there were none left well I had called the store prior to coming in and was told there were plenty in stock .When he finally looked who there was A draw full . Then I proceeded to ask to activate and transfer my information to the new phone I was told to go and call ATT and do it myself really??? I was not very happy left the store latter called ended with the department manager told him what happened and he also to my surprise told me the same thing that I should call and do it myself so why does the have people in the store to help customers do what????? ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER GUESS WHERE I WONT BE DOING MY SHOPPING AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!
