Online difficulties on their website had to redo twice and still order was wrong and had to cancel. While canceling I got dropped after being on the phone 15 minutes and had to start all over again. Finally cancelled the order.

The protection plan works hand in hand with the return policy as well as manufacturers warranty That's why they offer hr. They deal with the manufacturers warranty for you.

If you chose to decline m then it falls on the consumer. A better analogy is if you buy a new car and don't get the extended warranty. The dealership will refer you to authorized repair places sometimes you end up having to pay anyway.

They won't exchange the car or return it for that matter. Almost every retailer who deals with electronics have 15 days.

Your BestBuy.ca Order Number 508400054 (KMM1259110V71895L0KM) i had bought a dell latitude laptop from best buy site.. the product cam on time. But the produxt quality was so bad from system not working to screen flickers. This is a refurbished unit. So i immediately send back.. when you sent back Best buy dont take responsibility since this is bought drom market place. So i contacted QR computers. Their customer service is email only. No phones.. after much emails i got confirmation that they received my produxt and refund will have in 3 -4days. Its been more than 15 days. You call bestbut they saybwe need to hear back from QR computers when you email QR they say speak to best buy.. ita been 15plua days and am getting tired of this ***.. best buy back in the day had standards and did well..now it below standards customer service, below standard quality check and full standards in passibg the buck. I am still waiting. I wish i get my amount paid so i can buy a working laptop..pls stay away from this bussiness

A little over two years ago we purchased a Samsung refrigerator, microwave,range, and dishwasher. All of which have stopped working. One breaking down might be acceptable, but all of the appliances within six months of the warranty running out is not. We will be out a considerable expense which is something that we cannot afford. I am currently looking for used appliances. Thanks Best Buy for selling me a whole kitchen full of junk. I will never purchase anything from your company, and will discourage anyone I know to do the same.

So if a stranger had hacked your email and picked up your item with the email and receipt, you would have been ok with that? There is a reason the purchaser has to be the one to pick up online orders.

THIS is why. The website also gives you the option to ADD ALTERNATE PICK UP PERSON when you pay.

I bought a macmini and returned after 2 days, paid debit and SUPPOSSEDLY it was refunded to my account.. just hanged up with customer service rep which is so hard to sneak your way into talking to an actual person..

HE TOLD ME I SHOULD EXPECT MY MONEY 13 days after I returned the product!

13 DAYS its such a low thing to do to your own customers such disrespect to the people that actually give their hard earned money in THE SAME DAY product is bought.. hadnt been in best buy in years because of their over priced items..

WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE!

About a week ago I saw a laptop advertised in your stores Lenovo Yoga 710 15" (Mfg# 80V50000US). It was sale priced at $750 and your website showed open-box deals for approximately $650. 3 different stores near me supposedly had them in stock. I drove to the first and they said they didn't have it do i drove to the next and, they too, said they were out of stock of the open-box despite the website showing that "fewer than 3" were available. The next day I drove to the third store and although they did have an open box they said that the sale was over. I tried to explain my situation but they refused to give me the sale price. At that time the price rose to $850 for new and approximately $780 for the open box. A few days later I came back and showed them the exact same laptop from lenovo.com who was also running a sale selling the new machine for $750. They offered to match the price of the new unit but not the open box. Ironically this meant that they were willing to sell me the new unit for $30 less than the open-box. Go figure, right? In all i wasted hours driving from store to store only to come up empty every time. With your constant price fluctuations, random sales and inaccurate website data I am again reminded why I purchase most of my things from strictly online retailers. I realize that you do this to maximize your profits but in the past several years I've purchased 4 machines from newegg and tigerdirect as well as dozens of other products including a 50" TV from ebay and amazon and have never had to deal with this sort of price haggling or guessing what they had in stock nonsense.

I take no pleasure in writing "negative reviews" but when I do, I try to convey what the problem(s) are to educate others. I'll start by saying that Bestbuy has been a good store to compare anything electronics. They carry named brand products and offer warranties to go along with that product. The only problem with that is; "what they say and do are two different things!" Case in point: I've purchased products with a "replace the product guarantee" warranty but when you try to get the replacement, all you get is an argument for having it repaired out with no replacement. On two occasions, I've had to speak with the store manager before my product was replaced! In a "recent" purchase to a computer I made, they didn't carry the product "in stock" but I felt compelled to make the purchase because it was the last day of the sale. I was told that there would be a back order and it would take about a week. After paying for the product "I was told that if [another] store carried the "same product," I could take my receipt there and pick the product up!" "Simple?" So I thought. The very next day I was at another Bestbuy and saw my "exact" product and decided to pick up my purchase at this store. I explained my situation to the clerk and showed my receipt as "proof of purchase" from the day before and asked if I could get my computer at this store. Well, the look I got, "you thought I just committed a crime!" "Well, well, we can't do that because you didn't purchase that here," to "we have to cancel the sale and hold the money for 5-10 days on the purchase!?" "What are you talking about I made the purchase by credit card!?" We went around for about 20 minutes on why she couldn't do it before she said she would have ask her boss for approval? After waiting 10-20 minutes the clerk came back and "basically re-explaining to me what a hassle it would be for them to cancel the transaction, recharge the purchase, get authorization, override the sale purchase, and on and on......!!!" I finally told the clerk to forget it and I would wait for my product to arrive, then to be treated like I did something wrong! Just like banks, "they love to take your money but when it comes to getting the product, more times than not, all you get is alot of excuses!" Will I still go to these stores? Sure, to "compare" products and then make purchases on Amazon or other retail stores that carry the same product!
