Went to return an unused camera and they would not return it or give me store credit because its past 15 days. Will never shop at Best Buy again...they suck.

Bought a laptop. I was offered a 15% discount to open a credit account. Looked at the receipt when I got home I didn't get the discount. They did not send statements. So I ended up paying interest. I paid it off and then started getting statements. Statements never reflected my payment. Had to call and close the account.

Best Buy - Worst ever, unprofessional delivery & customer service experience

Delivery window of 4-8 pm EST. No show, no communication from driver or anyone else at Best Buy. Dispatch closed no help available. 6 phone calls to customer service line. No resolution. WHY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER IF YOU CANT DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. It is 10:02pm EST. No idea if this Washer will arrive or when. Could not any help rescheduling either. Do not do business with Best Buy. Wretchedly poor communication. No accountability. Breaks all their service promises. Just shameful. Can't wait until Amazon gets in the business. This is very unfortunate as the buying process was very good and not consistent with the delivery experience.

Item not shipped | Best Buy review

I purchased two of the same item . When the package arrived there was only one item in the sealed package and the weight on the package was 4 pounds. If two items were shipped the weight would have been 7.5 pounds. They will not refund my money or ship the missing item. They have placed a claim with the shipper for loosing an item that was not in the package. My reference number is 197983727

I've been a client for many years and I've been at this store many times. But this time the customer service was terrible. I just had to return an item that bought online as a gift ! But the Assistant "DIVA" Manager called Mayra, made it difficult and complicated. You can see that she doesn't want to help us and, while she was "talking" to us, she was looking her nails, talking loudly to other employees, making notes non related to my case and, making gestures like rolling her eyes upward.... is that a joke? Mayra, if you don't like to take care of customers, do not work at this kind of business, I bet there are other employees who really deserve your position. Also, GET REAL, acting like a "diva" doesn't make you superior, kid.

Unable to track order | Best Buy review from Concord, California

I purchased at the store for shipment to house. After 1 week after was suppose to arrive went to website to track order. First not recognize my email address so had to reset password. Tried to reset password - said not recognize email address (again) and had to create new account - but email not give instructions to do that and unable to find anywhere on website. Finally able to sign in as guest and (surprise) was able to determine UPS tracking number. Then taken via a link to UPS website - but they would not give me any information without (ready for this) an email address and a password. Tried to call the store but after multiple rings no answer which I had run into often before. So guess I can wait until after return policy expires and hope package arrives just late. Unfortunately in my area it is buy from Best Buy only in want to shop in person.

Yesterday I went to the Mt Laurel, NJ Best Buy in order to replace a TV. It has been 9 years since I last bought one so I was in need of assistance. There was not a single associate in the area. The only other human was another customer who had to climb a rolling ladder in order to get the details from the cards attached to TV's that were hanging under the ceiling. He was photographing the cards to obtain the info. When did it become self service? As I was leaving I left my comments verbally with the "greeter" at the door. I received a two shoulder shrug as a reply. Good bye, Best Buy.

I purchase a new Frigidaire in November 2016 . In January I had my first of four repair calls and during that times i had four different parts put on the the refregerator. Last repair was may 2017. I called as told Frigidaire we purchase a Lemon from BEST BUY. Still today it still making loud noises . And I told my wife look like we stuck with a Lemon that they want do anything about. Please stay away from this made in Mexico for FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCTS. I will never again purchase another Frigidaire Products. WE spent over$2,200 on all Frigidaire Appliances. This was my wife ideal about buying this products . I never wanted FRIGIDAIRE. OH yes I had Two different repair company either one has totally fixed the problem.

I went in to purchase my daughter a phone in February; however the phones we were looking at were sold out. We were wanting a cheap phone and the IPhone SE were $10/mo. A manager told us there was a promotion if I added another line I could get the Iphone 7 for $10 a month. I was a little unsure and asked again, but was assured it was accurate through Verizon. After completing the purchase I asked again if they were sure and wanted it in writing. He told me it was outlined in my agreement, but couldn't show me, but assured me after 2 months of the regular price ($27.50) the 3rd month will start the $10/mo promotion. I contacted Verizon after 3 months and they said it would show up the following month. I followed up with Best Buy and after poor customer service from Alicia I was told they couldn't do anything about it. After I pushed stating they lied to me she came back and said they would give me $480 in store credit. My husband passed away 9 months ago and I am now on a single parent income trying to cut down on bills. My daughter needed a phone so I could reach her when I was working and for when she walked home for school (her father use to pick her up). Alicia said there was nothing they could do and basically said take the in store credit. I don't need anything all I want is the promotion I thought I was signing up for. I asked if they could give me a visa/ mc so I can apply it to my Verizon bill but was denied. I feel they had were sneaky and dishonest now I stuck in a two year contract with Verizon paying $480 more than I thought!
