I ordered this sound bar online. It was an "open item". The description was "excellent condition". I returned the sound bar to my local store and was told they don't have anything at the "quality" that this sound bar was. And even if they did they wouldn't be able to let me have it at the price that I paid for the one online for. They refunded my money and as they opened the box they asked me where the remote was. I never opened the box so I didn't even get all the damn parts. I don't know what was in the box other than the sub woofer.

I purchased a small item and realized within an hour that it was incompatible with my equipment. When I went to return it, the store manager was refusing to process any exchanges until all of the pickups were processed. The manager was extremely rude, and after twenty minutes four of us realized that we were not going to be processed for hours. The others left angry. I got the clerk who sold me the first item to make the exchange. No surprise, but the Best Buy complaint phone directs you to take up your complaint with the store manager. I am a business owner have never treated customers like that.

Ordered a wine refrigerator online. It was delivered damaged. Since I was installing it when I was having new cabinets built I had a deadline to get it replaced. After 2 hours on hold customer service said they would have one shipped to my local store for me to exchange. I called again the day before it arrived to verify but nobody could confirm. I went to the store on the arrival date and there was no refrigerator. I just returned it and went looking elsewhere.

Its also simple to hold onto your receipts but that sounds like antiquated crazy talk. Im guessing it also had to do with being outside their return policy.

To hope a company goes out of business and putting people out of work is a very selfish comment. Im glad you got nothing.

Ordered washing machine and dryer. Deliver guys called me over 1 hour before my delivery window saying they were at my house and needed to be let in. Luckily my son was home and let then in because I was at an appointment. They installed washing machine and dryer and said everything was working properly. Right after they left, I started a wash and washing machine was not working. Spent over 5 hours trying to get someone out to repair washing machine. Was hung up on, told I would be called back and wasn't, called store, no answer all day. Finally reached a manager and he disconnected me. I now want to return everything and cannot get though. Worst experience ever. I would never use this company.
