Transfer item

Purchased an item online at a Best Buy. Called to have the item shipped to my home instead of store pickup. They said no. Went into the closest store to have it sent to the store. They act like I am the only customer whoever wanted an item transferred. No one in the entire corporation knows how to transfer and item! They arent even trying to accommodate a customer. Been on hold with corporate for over an hour.

Need parts for my blue tooth hands free head set

I have lost the ear buds for my Bluetooth Noise-Canceling Headphones. I was told no parts available from Insignia and should contact partstore at 855-975-****. No ear buds there either! My device is useless! No Help!! I was told only Sony sometimes supported product parts such as this! Sorry Insignia, youre lower shelf merchandise!!

Delivery

Our refrigerator stopped working and we purchased a new one from Best Buy because they assured us we would have a 3 day delivery. Our delivery was rescheduled twice and it was almost a week before we received it. We tried salvaging our food in coolers, but lost a lot. Their delivery service is outsourced, and Best Buy customer "NO" service does nothing to assist. I had to stay online 30 minutes each time I called. If you purchase from Best Buy (which we will never do again) be prepared to wait for your order to be delivered and don't expect any help from customer service.

They decided me with their double talk and underhanded dealings.boycott best buy. They are deceitful and not honest in their dealings. They will cheat you just to make a sale.

Tv quit that we bought 7 months ago

Tv quit working...wont even turn on! Only had this tv for 7 months!!! If you dont spend the money on extended warranties Best Buy wont help you. Better off shopping at Walmart!!!

Incredibly incompetent service agents

I have a total tech support membership. I have Geek Squad do a tune up on my computer last week. When completed none of the issues I needed resolved were fixed. And they made it worse - somehow they stopped my stock trading platform from loading. And they changed something and I can no longer install new downloads for any program. I contacted again and they did another complete scan and tune up and then disconnected without checking to see if the issues were resolved. I have spent the last 4 hours with them again and they time out and they disconnect and everything goes wrong and I have to keep starting new sessions and the new agent has no idea and starts from scratch. When the market opens on Tuesday I will lose a lot of money due to their incompetence.

User's recommendation: If you have a very simple problem that most anyone could fix themselves they probably do a bang up job. For anything slightly beyond simple I strongly recommend you find a competent person/company to deal with.

Poor service

The camera on my pc failed to work during a zoom session this morning. It is now 2:21 in the afternoon and it is still not working, even though a Geek Squad message said that it was. What poor performance.

Terrible customer service with purchase

Purchased a refrigerator on 1/27/21. Was supposed to be delivered on 2/4/21. Delivery driver did not make attempt to bring item in house. Drove away without saying a word. Called and visited the store to complain. The store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was supposed to redeliver on 2/11/21, but BB changed the date without notice. Rescheduled again for 2/12/21 and did not call me to say the item was damaged on the truck. Waited all day. Called the store at 5:00 pm and spoke to a manager again. He was rude again. Finally went back to the store to cancel the order. Went to Lowes a few blocks away and they were very helpful and will deliver in two days. Never buy an appliance from Bestbuy because they use a third party delivery service and they screwed up the entire order.
