Damaged car while installing stereo

Best Buy/ Geek Squad installed a new stereo in my car. In the process they scratched my dashboard in several places. They and their insurance company will not take my calls and have hung up on me several times. I did everything they asked of me and have been very pleasant but they are obviously blowing me off.

User's recommendation: Don't shop at Best Buy and NEVER let them install anything.

It sounds like your claim was denied. If you were hung up on then you need to control your attitude more. I assume the scratches were already there prior to the install if they're not covering the damage.

They denied for refund

I ordered a laptop and they delivered in a complex building apt and I did not receive any sms what time they delivered.So some one stole it and I call the customer service,she told me she process the refund.Now I received an email the denied my refund.But my question they did not delivered in front of my door or inside my Apt .Just left in the first floor and someone stole .So please suggest me how can I get refund or exchange. Thanks

Best buy has taken 1100 dollars from me

i absolutely hate best buy and all the hocus pocus that they put their customers through i 3 months ago made a purchase at the store and it was delivered to my residence from online and i returned item due to being defective and its now been 3 months with several phone calls and trips to the store i spend more hours on the phone wirth best buy and i get zero results and no help ....i hate best buy i wouldnt do business with them if they were the last company on earth ...Buyer beware STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY I RATE BEST BUY AT A NEGITIVE 10

Not receiving a refund in a timely manner as stated in their policy

Canceled an order for an Electrolux washer and dryer due to delayed delivery from Best Buy. It has now be over 6 weeks since the order has been canceled and I have yet to receive my refund of $2159.98 plus sales tax. I have four case numbers and names of each associate, I have discussed the issue with each and everyone of them. I have spent over 2.5 hrs in total on hold trying to resolve the issue and get my $ back. This is ridiculous and I have been disconnected multiple times and promised call back without one call or email from Best Buy. I have records of all the transactions, I just cannot get anyone who has any authority to do anything it is so frustrating!

Nothing happened. No response from Best Buy. Product was promised on a certain date. Was received three days late. Very annoyed

Someone in store 1519 is using my name to get there computer repaired this is the second time theyve received a text from this store about a repair. The really bad part about this matter is when I called about fraud to your company no one pickup the phone or when the did it was a recording telling it was closed and try tomorrow. That terrible service. What credit card company is closed on Sunday
