Refrigerator broke after three months. | Best Buy review from Las Vegas, Nevada

I bought a 3k dollar fridge at best buy in Las Vegas at Pavillion street. First the delivery was desaster. The installer was disrespectful amd left without completing the job. The fridge stopped working after 90 days. I have geek squad warranty. They acheduled me after a week. The day of the repair was 7/26/2017. The geek squad texh called me from different state saying am here amd no one is opening the door!!!!!! I called geek squad poor customer service and they refused to schedule another repair before few more days. It is a shame on big company like best buy treating customers in this disrespectful way. Amposting my experience on all social media for awareness of poor and unprofessional customer service.

Unable to return five sealed Cd's purchased as a gift beyond the 15 day original purchase date. Contacted BestBuy.com and representative said he couldn't issue refund or return because of return policy. I went up the management level and team leader still denied return. Stuck with 5 brand new CDs I'll never use.

Horrible customer service and lack of communications | Best Buy review

I ordered a freezer online on June 20th and was told it would be delivered June 25th. Today is July 25th, one month later, and they do not know where my freezer is and when it will be delivered. I have been lied to, put on hold for over 30+ minutes and then told they will call me back and I have not received one call back or email. I have been given three different delivery dates and then called the day of delivery saying they don't know where the freezer is. I finally cancelled the order and will never deal with Best Buy again. I wish there was a way to get this message to someone who cares at Best Buy if there is one.

Purchased new samsung tv, transported unit home to find out screen is broken. Immediatly called store and was told to "buy a bigger one" since they had no more stock. I then spoke to store manager and he ordered a new one and was to educate employee on proper way to talk to customers. On delivery day we were called to tell us brakes went out on truck and would be rescheduled, gift card was to be issued for trouble. 21 days later finally got tv, no gift card. Called local store to resolve and was told store manager was not available due to meetings. Called corporate but only directed to call centers. Finally transfered to store manager who could care less...he said online is separate company and not connected to store...remember i paided cash in store for tv...not his problem. In short this is why best buy is going out of business and amazon and sams club online will win. To bad customer service means nothing to best buy..get money screw people.

Bad experience | Best Buy review

First, I would like to say you can call the local Best Buy and they will not answer their phones!!!! Second, I went to the store, which is 2 hours away and you can't find anyone to help you. Thirdly, I purchased a protective screen and guy at checkout said you can pay $7 and get it put on because it's not easy to put on. He sent me to one lady and she sends me to Geek Squad. Geek Squad lady said I owe $14.99. I said why did he say $7? She said ah he doesn't know. My thought..If I paid $30 for a protective screen from the store, why should I pay to have it installed. Pitiful! As I waited on the GS put on screen saver I noticed there were a lot of ppl not getting waited on but employees talking and laughing and ignoring the customers. Me and my girlfriend said no wonder stores are closing left and right! Just a terrible experience!

Best Buy took my oven and scrapped it two months early

TL;DR - We bought an oven and hired their haul away service to get rid of our old one. BB showed up and hauled away our old oven, said our new one was on a different truck, and when we called told us we had a 2 month back order. All this AFTER they scrapped our old oven. AND they blamed us for it, despite no notifications of a back order whatsover. So now we have no oven for two months, and no compensation. We ordered the Whirlpool - 24" Built-In Double Electric Wall Oven to replace our old double oven. The delivery was scheduled for a Saturday and was confirmed on several emails. Delivery guys take our oven (which we uninstalled ourselves because we were worried about them damaging the cabinets) and brought it on the truck. They then told my wife the oven was on a DIFFERENT truck. She called Best Buy and they said it had been back ordered for two months. By then the truck was already gone. The delivery had been scheduled for July 15th. Without any notice they changed it to August 28th. But they took our oven anyway! She called customer service twice. The first time they told her she could have had them take the oven back off the truck ANY TIME and it was HER fault (even though the movers LIED before taking the oven). They then told us they had scrapped (aka destroyed) our old oven and we couldn't get it back. The second time my wife called they offered us $25 in Best Buy credit. I finally called and after two LONG phone calls and several disconnections someone EVENTUALLY admitted fault and said that perhaps the warehouse should have waited to destroy our oven until our new one was available. But still they wouldn't credit us or give us any compensation for our trouble. Finally I canceled our whole order and just asked for our money back. So thank you Best Buy for taking our oven, destroying it, and wasting 4 hours of my time until finally just canceling the whole thing. Time to use the grill for a while.

Trying to set up appointment for installation of Back Up Camera | Best Buy review

Today at 1:00 P.M. I tried to get a hold of you department to schedule a back up camera I wanted installed. I was placed on hold never a real person until the phone cut me off. It is now 1:34 p.m. and this happened twice to me. I find that if I pay for the service on line they will send me information via e-mail for this installation. This is totally unacceptable. Why do they even have a phone service if they are not willing to talk to real people. I am not a computer and I don't work like a computer. Best Buy maybe you need to become more people oriented instead of just computers.
