In early July, we ordered a dryer and refrigerator for delivery on 8/21. They confirmed our delivery, but we did not get a call that day. Despite it, I spent 6 hours at my house waiting. I heard absolutely nothing from them. I then had to call them, and they had no idea where any of my order was. It took a WEEK of calling SEVERAL TIMES A DAY and speaking to corporate, the appliance manager, and the store manager above him to get any type of resolution. Bottom line was that our fridge was out of stock (not that they told us), we were not getting it, and we had to ARGUE with them over which we would get and repeatedly ask them to upgrade us for free and give us the warranty. It got installed today.... and it does not really fit. Although we SPECIFICALLY told them the size of the slot it needed to go in, the left door cannot open all the way. Idiots. We are done though, it is what it is. We ended up cancelling the dryer because they could not get an answer on when they would be able to install it (it required a propane conversion). A week is more than enough time to source a dryer and do the conversion. We called a local appliance store, they said they could deliver Thursday. That was it. Nothing else required. We are super pissed and will never EVER shop Best Buy again for appliances of any sort.

Best buy reward zone - redeem $5 - A nightmare!!

I came to a store besides Costco to buy a blue ray cd and I had my rewards card and an email that show that I have the $5 certificate...they have no way to help me get it unless I have to log in and show them the barcode for it or reprint it for them before getting there... WHAT??? This is the most ridiculous way to do it, if I have my rewards zone points card on me they should be able to help me and I show them an email from them that I have it and they make me feel so ***... BEST BUY... REALLY???!!! NOT! ANGRY CUSTOMER!

Hello Best Buy Team, I ordered online for a HP laptop on the 'Thanks giving day' last November and still did not received any such package from bestbuy.com. But I have been charged the amount $375.00 as it was a special deal for me on 'Thanksgiving'. Here are the product details: HP - 17.3" Laptop Intel Core i7, 7th Gen 8GB Memory 1TB Hard Drive HP finish in Silver. It has been such an awful experience purchasing from bestbuy. Even after calling the 1800 number they tell that it has been delivered but I did not recieve any such package. I request the BestBuy team to refund the amount by looking into the matter soon.

I purchased the new samsung 8 plus from the store in the mall in Whitehall, Pa 18052. The store manager Ryan sold us the 10.99 service plan his exact words when we purchased the plan covers cracks, damage, lost or stolen phones. We of course purchased the plans on both phones. On 8/22/17 of course i drop my phone and crack the back of the phone. My husband called Ryan and Ryan said "call the geek squad make a claim then they will send you a replacement phone which you receive by 8/24/17, once you receive the phone take the replacement phone to a best buy store to switch all information and get it activated, then you have 30 days to send the old phone back." I set up the appointment with the geek squad on 8/23/17 went in thinking i was getting a new phone. They informed me there is a deductible of 199.99 to get the phone replaced. I honestly think we were misinformed about the 10.99 plan we were told all it covers is a new battery are you kidding me. Horrible.

I ordered a Samsung 55" TV from their website 21 days ago. My card was charged appropriately 2 days later. Delivery was scheduled BY BEST BUY and I received email and text confirmations. No one showed up and I was not contacted. I have tried to call several times and I am hung up on when calling Best Buy @ 1-888-237-8289 The last call, I was told a supervisor will not come to the phone to speak to me because the address in their system is wrong. -- Even though online it is correct. Best Buy has the WORST customer service. I have to now contact my credit card company to decline the charges because I have been charged but have NO TV !!! Terrible experience. My advise -- do not buy from Best Buy even if they have a low price. It's not worth it. I am very sad !

I wanted to express my disappointment in the service warranty we purchased from Best Buy. Back in February of 2017 the expensive SS LG refrigerator in door ice-maker stopped working. I opened a ticket which was never processed. I called back after 6 weeks to check on the status of the ticket and was told "ops" and it would be about another 6 weeks before for a repair man to arrive. Repair man finally arrived however the part was mailed to the wrong address AND it was the incorrect part. I scheduled another repair with customer service, and was informed it would be another several weeks to get the repair man back. The repair man did come back a second time in May and fixed the ice production but not the in-door ice-dispenser. I called customer service the next day to inform them the refrigerator was still not working properly. Today, after not hearing back from my call in May, I called to find out "as of last month we are now out of warranty" and it would be $100 for a service call. Really!!! I do not consider this customer service if the issue is still an issue. I did talk with a supervisor in customer service and she confirmed this was policy and nothing could be done. Future customers BEWARE! Pretty sure we will not be supporting or purchasing from BestBuy any more unless upper, upper management decides to do the right thing and fix my refrigerator which has been broken since Feb. I've shopped at Best Buy for a lot of years however, there return ploicy is brutally harsh. If you return three items over any period of time, they will black ball you, and not allow you to return the product. They won't even allow you to replace it with anything else. And that holds for three months. And they tell you this in front of other people in line, nice and loud so everyone can hear, most embarrassing. After all, it's you card your using, not there's. Walmart doesn't do that kind of ***. Best Buy is very snobbish, not a good and fair policy. Beware.

I purchased a membership via Best Buy branch (Orangeville, ON) on 28th of July to get 2 x TV brackets installed. At the point of registering, I was not told of a minimum 12 month requirement to be with the membership. The tech was able to come and install only on the 17th of August. When I contacted Geek Squad, I was told that I have to pay $200.00+ for cancelling or speak to Best Buy. When I called Best Buy, I was told that they do not discuss cancellation details with customers as per Geek Squad and to go back to Geek Squad to help. I have called Geek Squad again and this time spoke to Cathy, before called and spoke to Jody. They said, there's nothing they can do to help and it's my fault, I didnt read the fine print. No Managers available to discuss either and asked me to keep paying 19.99 per month for the next 11 months. Can you please help me?

Buyers Beware of the 15-day return policy!!! | Best Buy review

I have been spoiled by most places I shop having 30-90 days return policy (some even lifetime whenever you're unhappy) so didn't look close enough (my fault!). Not to mention everything was handle online so there is no "receipt" to look at closely. Came to find out the 15-day return policy when I thought about returning the purchase 3 weeks after purchase (still brand new in box). Again, thought I would have at least 30 days. When going back online to find the receipt and start the return process, the product icons showed as ineligible for return. Lesson learned!! Will never shop at Best Buy again!!!!!! Buyers beware!!!!!!
