I went onto Sharp's website, and every TV has this under the warranty information: "WARRANTY PERIODS All warranty periods shall be calculated from the date of original purchase.  LCD/LED TV: 1 year (replacement Product and parts assume the remaining original warranty period, or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer)." They are for ONE YEAR.

Pretty much every major electronic appliance has a 1 year warranty. Again, this is directly from Sharp, not Best Buy.

Not sure how this is Best Buy's problem. Once their return timeframe is up then it is the manufacturer's responsibility. That is why manufacturer's warranties exist.

Simple: that store keep selling returned broken smartphones. A smartphone came in a new box sealed with a water proof plastic wrap. Well you returned a ineffective smartphone and the selling your another smartphone someone returned because have bad functional systems. That have happened to me more than 4 times buying BLU smartphones. The boxes came without the plastic wrap,not a instructions book,and the worsted the phone won't work as supposed to work. Now: how we can complaint against ?

I ordered an 1800.00+ Dell computer with extended warranty from best buy and less than a week after getting it the f key started sticking. So, after checking with the computer repair professional at my school, I cleaned it and it still stuck. I brought it to best buy because it has warranty on it still. Turns out the whole keyboard is messed up due to manufacturing and they wont let me take it back to order another even though I am in the 15 day return period. Instead, he said he would ship for repairs taking up to 4 weeks. I need this for school. im just very disappointed with best buy.

Terrible. I ordered a printer online, and on the day when I was supposed to pick it up from the store, i received an email from Best Buy saying that the delivery of the printer will be "delayed." I waited for more than two more weeks, but I never received the printer and I did not hear anything from them in the meanwhile. Eventually, I had to cancel the order. I plan not to buy anything from Best Buy as long as I can find the item I need somewhere else. This is not the first time i had a bad experience with this company. I think they show little commitment to their customers than other companies.

Avoid Best Buy AND ASUS Laptops

I bought an ASUS laptop for my son to use for college and 3 weeks later, it is unusable as I stare at a black screen. I have reset and restarted this thing more times than I can count. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy for their garbage and if you don't buy their catastrophe package, you're ***. Geek squad offered to help for $200 and the Best Buy customer service guy was useless. I shouldn't have to deal with this *** with a brand new laptop. I will NEVER set foot in that store again!!!! Buy from Costco, Sams club, or even Ebay...at least someone there will attempt to help you or you'll be able to hold someone accountable

A rip off company | Best Buy review

spent a fortune on 2 new phones , the first cover fell of in one day ,the replacement lasted 2 days , I returned that one , the other phone cover lasted 4 days and they replaced it , 12 days later it to fell of and they refused to accept a return because it was one half a day past the original purchase date. They refused to stand behind the products they sell. NOT the kind of company that I'll do business with again. Who ever heard of a 15 day warranty. Seems to me that company's who want return business would at least make an attempt to keep their customers happy . Best Buy customers beware, shoddy company.

Best to always pay by credit card, not Paypal or worse debit card. You might want to verify that you didn't misread or neglect to see that it was refurbished.
