I bought a washer and dryer in my springfield, mo store to be delivered. Two days later I received an email saying that my order had been changed to store pickup. The next day I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I called the number on the email and after waiting 25 minutes I was told that this was an in-store purchase and that their customer service call in number couldn't help me. Can't imagine what the customer service would be like once the appliances were actually delivered. Be warned!! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Best Buy

Got extorted for $ by their GeekSquad people off site. In store people in Sarnia location were good but the 1800 geeksquad literally extorted my credit card, and charged me AFTER I already paid for monthly policy. Broken phone was lost and couldn't be tracked. It was BRUTAL and caused ME and several friends to cancel our policies. Best Buy doesn't get off the hook either. It was EASY for them to blame and point the finmger at the off site Squad but the Fish, STINKS from the head on down and doing business like that, should see them bankrupt in no time at all. Should be ashamed Sarnia Best Buy. You have LOST a LOT of collateral business. Good work!

We bought a refig from them and the doors were out of line and the freezer frosted up so that makes the ice maker quit working , I tried to talk to the manager and the geek squad and did not get any answers , called the home office and that was worse than the store !!!! It is a whirlpool Refig always Charles McEvoy We called Whirlpool and they sent out a service man to repair , he got one door fixed and used a hair dryer to melt the frost from the freezer then the ice maker worked for a while , the other door swings open very fast and is hard on the hinges and is not straight , we think it was dropped

Purchase of 3 Year Warranty at Best Buy

I purchased a Mac Book Pro for my daughter for University. The cost of Laptop was $1299.00 and the cost of the warranty was $1094.75. Water damage has been sustained to the laptop and they gave us a Dell (old laptop which does not hold a charge) for even two lectures. I am trying to deal with Best Buy and Geek Squad as they both keep on putting the problem onto the other. This is certainly not PROPER WARRANTY protocol I believe as well as can one ever get to speak with a live person about a problem at either of Best Buy or Geek Squad. They are certainly not honouring their warranty commitment. Might have been easier not to purchase the almost $1100.00 warranty and just get a new laptop every two years. Their after sales service is certainly not acceptable at all. Be careful.

Worst customer service ever encountered. | Best Buy review

I purchased dishwasher among other items at Rego Park,NY store on September 9, 2017. It was scheduled to be delivered/installed (service I paid ) initially scheduled for between 12-4pm window. That was fine. 2 days prior I was called to inform that delivery/installation will be between 2pm-6pm and that was fine too. Day of divery/Saturday I left home early to do my errands. Got home around 23:30pm. Waited waited unti 6pm and no one called to inform what was causing delay. At 6:07pm I called person who scheduled delivery but got recording that 'box is full unable to leave message'. Called Rego Park store and it took almost before I was able to speak to a person who was unable to help me then got switched to 'securiy' who obviously didn't know anything. He tried to transfer me but disconnected instead. No one knew where the delivery was at that point, but they should be able to track down where the truck was. Obviously it was incompetence on display. I was angry and very annoyed to say the least so I called my bank and filed a dispute claim against Best Buy for reasons stated above. Around 6:30pm I called Rego Ostk store again and spoke to some there to whom I vented my anger and frustration and to inform that I'm cancelling the order. He then called manager Shawn Timothy who was not as helpful as the other so/called customer service personnel. Service is the life of any business, Best Buy failed miserably in my opinion. It is my first and last and never again. I wil never recommend Best Buy to any of my friends and family. Not worth the frustration and aggravation.

I AM SO UPSET- I had delivery set for sept 23, 2017, waited for 7am call-no call. then called store at 10am, I'm told store left a message on my cell phone about rescheduling a delivery (no message, no missed call-THIS MEAN NO CALL) I had to cancel my installing guy, reschedule my appointments. talked to megan-ssaid she was the store manager(who knows if its her real name) they rescheduled a delivery for oct 4 without consulting( will not be home on oct 4). megan kept insisting she is doing everything she can for me. told her company should not make false statements about contacting customers. she kept insisting they left a message on my phone. DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE !!!!

It's me again...the person that posted the initial review. Well today I am scheduled to receive me washer and pedestal.

The bad news or worst news??? Let's go with bad....the pedestal is broken so we refuse it. The worst news is that the washer isn't draining now. Yep how about that!

I cannot believe this. Such an unpleasant experience.

Do not go to Best Buy for anything. They suck!
