Appointment for repair was not honored. I called repair company On 2 ocassions to check on status of arrival for service which was scheduled between 12-4pm on Friday June 25th.I waited until 6pm and no call backs on status.No show for service.

I placed my order for a Sony Vizio soundbar with a 4-year geek squad plan on March 14th 2021. I received notice that I would receive my order by March 17th via UPS.

On March 17th I received another notice stating that my item was being sent back due to shipper's request. On March 17th 2021 I made contact with customer service online and was told by one of the agents that they would email the back end and I should still receive my items the same day. March 18th still no soundbar. I made contact again on the 18th and was told by a different agent that the items were being sent back to Best Buy and I had to wait for them to receive the items back before a refund would be issued back to my original payment method.

I have made contact via online for the status of my refund numerous times since then and have only received back part of my monies which is the $19.99 for the geek squad protection. Also, the geek squad protection had been activated on March 15th which is strange since I never activated it due to not receiving the order. I received an email April 5th stating that my order was to be refunded but no date as to when. Another thing I noticed when accessing my account order numbers have changed from online order which was the original method to a store receipt.

I have had the worst experience in my life with this whole situation from Best Buy I have never purchased a product wait for it to be delivered and the day it is to be delivered it is sent back to the company from the carrier, and then I have to chase my refund down.

I am going to file a complaint with the FTC about this because it is ridiculous and unacceptable. Customer Service is a joke!

Twenty eight year military veteran told to leave Best Buy Pensacola after receiving unsatisfactory customer service

Today , I receive unsatisfactory customer service by two Best Buy employees , one who was identified as the manager . This took place as I had been told to do per my purchase of a new computer and printer in which I did not purchase after this incident .

the young man who I was told was the manger of the store was rude and talked down to me and at that point , I informed him that I had served our nation for twenty eight years , had deployed overseas seven times and had been Decorated for heroism in Washington DC . The manager turned his back to me and walked away which was a total disrespect to me I believe and my decades of service to our nation . I did tell him what I thought of his actions and was told by the other BB staff member to leave . I did leave but as I did, I reminded your staff what memorial day weekend means to many of us who have lost friends while serving .

Your employees displayed a very distinct disconnect with issues that sadly many veterans bring home with them after decades of deployments . If these two employees are a reflection of how Best Buy thinks of veterans then I will purchase my computer, printer and security system elsewhere even if I pay more for it .

I have asked for a response from the CEO to discuss further . I am also in need of Best Buy , Pensacola Florida's written policy on rules which detail when customer's are told to leave the property .

Why was it necessary for you to inform the manger that you served in the military as well as the other military related information? What does All of that have to do with your complaint? You did state in your complaint that the manager was rude to you?

It was not actually. This person is shaming the military with his behavior.

He should act his age and treat people with respect. He is a disgrace to the military.

I have a feeling that he thought he could abuse others and they did not all it. Not all military men and women are arrogant as he is.

I talked to someone on the phone that helped placed an order but gave me the wrong product, so when I call I can't talk to a manager and they put me on hold act like they can't find a manager 45 mins later hang up

I purchased a insignia 39' TV off amazon but it was sold and shipping by best buy well not even 3 months later the TV stopped working out of no fault of my own there was no physical damage to the TV is just would not turn on. Well first I messaged them through via amazon app and explained what happened and received an email basically saying it wasn't there problem. And for me to contact manufactured of the TV and they say to contact the seller of TV so it was just a really bad experience.

On hold as we speak

I have been on hold for over 40 minutes. 3 times I've been out on hold. All i am trying to do is ask them to leave my order on the porch. This is ridiculous. I'm on hold right now.

It is about being charged for my geek squad renewal without being notified first. I do not want to renew it. I would sure appreciate someone looking into this matter. If someone can prove an email was sent before I was charged-could you please let me know? Thank you

Faulty product

I bought a Netgear Modem Router that worked for less than a year. I took it back to the Best Buy where I bought it, in its original packaging with the receipt, and they wouldnt return it for even a store credit. This is unacceptable customer service in every way. Ive learned that I cant trust Besy Buy to protect my purchases.

Question regarding gift card

I recently purchased several items at Best Buy in El Segundo, Ca. I tried to use a gift card I had recently received and was told they do not accept gift cards in store....that is certainly not acceptable and want to know rationale behind that "policy". Price match quarantee

I purchased on may 13 2021. Order #112113****838. I am looking to have the 4 piece samsung appliance e card attatched to my order for 500.00. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours over the past 2 days with no one saying it was their department. Please advise. This is part of your match quarantee, it has not even been delivered yet. Also the gas range is on sale for 1999 from 2068. I just wanted to use this towards the service plan.

Order was delivered to the wrong address

Purchased a Laptop on 4/22/2021 in the amount over $1000 with a delivery date for 4/23/20021; On 4/23 received an email/text that the product was delivered and the pictured that was attached to the email was not my location. I have spoken to MULTIPLE customer services rep. Approx 17 staff members. As of 4/28/2021 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. THE WORST COMPANY! P
