This is not bait and switch. Many websites have what is called a cache "Google crawls the web and takes snapshots of each page as a backup just in case the current page is not available.

Google web is usually updated in a few days. The actual time of the updates depends on the frequency the website updates itself. " This is something that Google does. Best Buy has nothing to do with it.

It is an old page Google happened to take a snapshot of and stored, it does not mean the product/sale/pricing is active on the site.

That is why as soon as you went to the Best Buy website it showed you the actual/current price.

Whenever online shopping you need to go by the STORE'S WEBSITE, not Google. Google is not Best Buy.

Tell the Best Buy representatives to go onto their own website under the Return and Exchange policy and tell them "If you paid more than $800 in cash or more than $250 by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 10 business days." There is no way ANY check should take up to 6 weeks that is ridiculous.

I walked in to looked at a fridge I had been watching for the last month and the price was 500 dollars off. I got a salesman and asked if it was in stock, It was not, so I asked how long it would be on sale and he said till Saturday. I walked in Friday to buy it and set up delivery and the sale was off. Supervisor said the rep made a mistake and he should have looked up when the sale was off. The store didn't help me and when I call customer service they said if it was a mistake in the store they couldn't do anything for me and that I should have asked for another manager and ask for the sale price. ITS not my job to keep asking for a different manager when the first one says no. How about your reps know what the heck they are talking about. Count me a never shopping at best buy again.

I went onto Sharp's website, and every TV has this under the warranty information: "WARRANTY PERIODS All warranty periods shall be calculated from the date of original purchase.  LCD/LED TV: 1 year (replacement Product and parts assume the remaining original warranty period, or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer)." They are for ONE YEAR.

Pretty much every major electronic appliance has a 1 year warranty. Again, this is directly from Sharp, not Best Buy.

Not sure how this is Best Buy's problem. Once their return timeframe is up then it is the manufacturer's responsibility. That is why manufacturer's warranties exist.

Simple: that store keep selling returned broken smartphones. A smartphone came in a new box sealed with a water proof plastic wrap. Well you returned a ineffective smartphone and the selling your another smartphone someone returned because have bad functional systems. That have happened to me more than 4 times buying BLU smartphones. The boxes came without the plastic wrap,not a instructions book,and the worsted the phone won't work as supposed to work. I ordered an 1800.00+ Dell computer with extended warranty from best buy and less than a week after getting it the f key started sticking. So, after checking with the computer repair professional at my school, I cleaned it and it still stuck. I brought it to best buy because it has warranty on it still. Turns out the whole keyboard is messed up due to manufacturing and they wont let me take it back to order another even though I am in the 15 day return period. Instead, he said he would ship for repairs taking up to 4 weeks. I need this for school. im just very disappointed with best buy.

Terrible. I ordered a printer online, and on the day when I was supposed to pick it up from the store, i received an email from Best Buy saying that the delivery of the printer will be "delayed." I waited for more than two more weeks, but I never received the printer and I did not hear anything from them in the meanwhile. Eventually, I had to cancel the order. I plan not to buy anything from Best Buy as long as I can find the item I need somewhere else. This is not the first time i had a bad experience with this company. I think they show little commitment to their customers than other companies.
