Yesterday, I purchased a (single) Logitech G502 Lightspeed gaming mouse. It was a great deal and beat Amazon Prime Day prices by about $5. This morning, I logged in to email and received two from Best Buy, about 15 minutes apart. The first email, stated the product was delayed, and the second cancelled the order because: "your order has exceeded our quantity limits." I doubt an order of one item exceeds said limits.

Horrible delivery service

Extremely disappointed at Best Buy delivery service.

I ordered a refrigerator and a washer/dryer combo for my new home, and I specifically noted that the refrigerator needs to go to the 2nd floor and washer/dryer needs to go up to the 3rd floor and stacked.

Best Buy sent 2 people on May 8 to deliver the appliances but they won't go upstairs, saying they need a 4-men team. Best Buy should have known better, but fine.

I rescheduled the installation appointment for May 12th, and the agent said they will send a 4-men team and my appointment will be the first on that day so I can expect installation from 7AM to 9AM.

On May 12th, nobody came before 9AM. At 9:20 a two-person dispatch team called me and asked what exactly do I need them to do. Apparently the agent rescheduling the service on May 8 did not put in a request for 4-men team properly. So now I have to reschedule the service to May 14th.

The delivery service department said they won't be able to confirm whether a 4-person team will be guaranteed until previous day at 5PM.

I will find a local appliance installation company instead if Best Buy can't do their job on May 14th. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

I do not have a Best Buy credit card, I keep getting a voicemail requesting payment but its for another person. I want my phone number to be removed and make sure Im not tied to this card in any other way.

Completely ridiculous customer service

Best Buy has hands down the worst company policies and online sales policies. I recently purchased a laptop and with 12 hrs realized I had to return it, mind you it had not shipped or anything. They told me to get lost you had 20 mins to change your mind. Well Best Buy theres the answer to why you have to keep closing stores. Zero and I mean zero customer service I will never step foot in another store or visit the site, Ive had better customer service at the proctologists office, well at least he used lube

There are many factors that come into play when a store closes such as leasing issues, new store being built or its a bad location. Because you're so scorned I can see how your narrow mindedness would choose shipping issues as a main problem and the company going under. Drama queen.

Went to my local Best Buy in Amherst, to purchase the latest Echo Show 10 (the one with bigger screen and that swivel). Waited for a long time by the Echo stand then looked for a sales person with blue polo shirt everywhere, could not find any! (note: it was around 12:30 pm), maybe everyone takes lunch break at same time. And no item to simply grab and pay for. Ended ordering at Amazon, at least will be sure to have it tomorrow

Worst delivery experience

I was scheduled to receive a new Refrigerator on 7/5/21, when the delivery team arrived they stated it would not fit. So, we went back to the store, and after reviewing the measurements, all they had to do was remove the doors. The delivery was re-scheduled for 7/15/21, the team arrived again, this time with the WRONG Refrigerator. It took me 3 hours to speak with a team member, after going through a slew of them, all clueless and unwilling to help. Finally, I spoke with a women who was able to help. The delivery was re-scheduled for 7/22/21, and was told compensation would be provided after the delivery is complete. Today, I received a phone call that my delivery was not scheduled for 7/22/21, but for 7/23/21!!!! How hard is it to delivery a refrigerator?? Apparently for Best Buy delivery TEAM IMPOSSIBLE!!! In addition, I requested to speak with a manager, and was never connected to manager or supervisor (WHY????) THE WORST SERVICE DELIVERY EVER!!! STILL WAITING FOR A REFRIGERATOR IN THE BRONX!!!! team

I recently wrote a review for my purchase of this soundbar as good - I was wrong. After that, it started making a cracking noise when TV would be turned on then weeks later, static. This after I bought cables as advised for TV to attach VCR - didn't work &; nobody got back with me. So, each purchase has just cost money & and neither can I use or return, I will no longer be doing business with BestBuy.

Delivery Problem

I had a delivery (no install) and haul away scheduled for today. The team arrived on time but informed me they were just dropping off and NOT having away. Whoever was installing it would haul away the dishwasher. Before they even stepped foot on my driveway. They had already sent a delivery receipt showing delivery and haulaway completion for an item they did not deliver!

Fraud and poor response

Regarding Fraudulent Order 112120****340.

I received a fraud alert from my Chase Visa Credit Card on Tuesday, July 27th regarding a charge for purchase at Best Buy. Someone stole my information and made a purchase sent to a different address.

I do not live in Gaithersburg, nor is there a Best Buy in my area. I called Tuesday to inform Best Buy that this order was fraudulent and they said they would cancel the order. On Thursday I received an email stating that the order was in process of being delivered. I called again and was told that it was documented that I called to cancel the order but Best Buy did not cancel it.

They said they would stop delivery and have the item returned. On Friday I received an email stating the item was delivered. I called again and was told they were looking into it, but that they could not cancel the order.

I do not understand why the fraudulent order was not canceled when I called on Tuesday, July 27? This is very upsetting as I called the day the order was fraudulently placed.

My credit card company canceled my card and said the charge would not go through.

So if the charge did not go through why did you send it? Very frustrating experience.

URGENT: new washer flooded and damaged the floors

Hello, I have recently purchased a stackable LG washer and dryer. Not only the delivery guys scratched my wooden floors, even though I offered a large cloth to cover, they installed both machines poorly. After about a month, the hose from the washer disconnected because it wasn't tight enough, and that caused a flood under the machines. Several days later a technician came over (the earliest available time), the floors were already ruined. He pointed out that the installation was performed incorrectly. Also, they did not install the drying vent correctly, causing the dryer to show Error codes D85 and D95 and leaving the clothes pretty damp. Most likely, that drying vent is folded incorrectly behind the machines. I have tried reaching customer service over the phone and was passed over from one department to the next, wasting about hours and not reaching anyone who could help. I hope we can resolve this issue soon. I would like a technician to fix the dryer, and I am seeking monetary compensation for damaged floors that would have to be replaced since they discolored the wood and are raising up from the moisture underneath.
