My dad pre-ordered the note 7 for me and I received an email stating that I could pick up the watch. I picked up the watch, but after having problems with it after a day, decided I would first talk with a best buy representative, then when they informed me all the watches were having the same problems, I opted for the memory card instead. This took place at the Gessner, tx location, where they said I would not have a problem swapping the two items, but because I did not place the order for that store, I would have to go to the store where the order was placed. The store manager at the sugar land, tx location, said he could not swap out the watch for the memory card. I would have to return the watch, cancel the order, and my dad would have to into a best buy store to place the order. My dad does this, but the best buy in reno, told him he did not have to cancel the order and that I should be able to swap the items. Two stores indicate I should have no problems swapping, except for the store where I pre-ordered the phone. Then once my dad places the order, the representative at the best buy store in reno says I cannot get the phone at the upgraded price. I then place a call to 1888-best-buy, where I was on the phone for an hour, then the online manager Elizabeth hung up on me. She did not call me back, I instead called and had to wait another 20 minutes. I can't believe the horrible customer service I've had to deal with, my wasted time, and gas back and forth to these stores because people don't know how to do their job. I am ready to cancel my best buy card and stop doing business with them all together. I encourage others to do the same, that way they won't have to deal with the headache of best buy.

I call Best Buy credit card to pay off before the date in full. But i was told that i cannot pay with Best Buy credit card i have used different so i can get 10% credit card. I then tryed to used different credit card then i told no have to be debit card so Best Buy kept on make me run around. So then i paid full with my debit card $1544.49. And i told i will get email that i paid in full and on my credit card balance will be zero. I have waited almost two week still have not got email from them. And i have made 4 phone call and explaining to them still getting run around. NEVER TRUST THEM AT ALL IF DO YOU MUST BE CREZY.

I ordered an over-the-range microwave from Best Buy in early January 2016, then called and paid over the phone for installation. The installers arrived, pulled out my existing microwave, unpacked the new microwave, found slight damage and advised me to have it replaced. I called to set up the exchange and got a date a couple of weeks later. The delivery guys came without a new microwave and hauled away the damaged one. I called, was passed around to various people, then finally was told the replacement was back-ordered but I'd get a call at the end of February with a delivery date. I called in early March as I hadn't heard anything, and finally got through to someone who set up a delivery. The new microwave was delivered and I've been trying relentlessly since then to get an appointment for the installation I paid for originally. After several calls and literally hours on hold, I found out it's in their system as still being in transit, so they can't schedule installation. I've tried to find out what act of God is required to change the status but so far no luck. How hard can this be?

Your sales team and in store experience has improved. However, BB just lost a sale/my business because the delivery system is awful! I purchased large screen tv last weekend 2/29 for delivery. Now, after spending two days on phone trying to get simple delivery- still unacceptable. Scheduled delivery (finally) for Friday, 3/4, but now the confirmation email says Fri. 3/10. Not acceptable! almost 2 weeks for delivery (not installation even) of a simple TV. I can get it somewhere else today, for $50 less AND have it delivered in the next few days. Last time I deal with Best Buy. Pissed that I wasted so much time in store and on phone when I could have had a better experience elsewhere.

Bought a TV from bestbuy.com with nice price. But the good experience ended there. BestBuy emailed and called to confirm the delivery date. No show. I rescheduled it to a next available date. Even though I received email confirmation, it's still no show. I had to call the 800 number to schedule it to a Sunday. Finally my TV was delivered on that Sunday. Really? A customer has to allocate 3 dedicated days to receive a discounted TV? What does it mean when BestBuy confirms the delivery date with email and phone call. My experience is that they may or may not show up. Ridiculous.

They love to ignore you at Best Buy. The person by the front door generally doesn't acknowledge customers.

Their job is to make sure that there is nothing stolen, to check receipts when people leave, etc. But I've been in the computers department and the television department, cash in hand, and ignored every time I go in there.

Thursday July 2nd I purchased an average sized counter top microwave from Best Buy's online store. I chose to purchase it from them over amazon because they were offering the product with a free next day delivery as ours broke down and we needed one ASAP. I understand that there can be delays with delivery yet this was entirely Best Buy's fault. The package was not even sent out until the 8th and finally arrived on the 10th. Upon the doorbell ringing I opened it to see the mailman carrying a tiny package and I assumed it must have been something else arriving. I opened the package and it contained the receipt for the Microwave and a box of batteries. I understand mistakes can be made but this was disgusting. Following maybe 2 hours worth of yelling matches I was told they would not send the microwave out because the package was already in my possession. So I hung up went to the nearest best buy and "delivered" the batteries and left. I went home and charged them back for every penny. At least Scotiabank had my back on this and the mailman who supported what happened. NEVER buy anything from them, not even in store, they have terrible customer service, everyone in my family has stopped going. I have spent thousands over the years and now I will buy direct and avoid these people. Buyer beware, Best Buy sends you 10 dollars worth of merchandise instead of expensive items you ordered and accuses you of lying.

Received new portable dish washer,delivery person installed the adapter on sink adapter does not fit unit. Also the adapter has no screen or internal parts all missing. Called Geek Squad they told us you will have to go to Home Depot to buy the parts.maybe i should have just bought the dish washer at Home Depot. I was also looking to purchase a new french door refrigerator not to sure now.
