Try origin pc next time.i spent 3k self built zero problems. Lotta funny things going on in big corps.

Ive had all my orders cancelled for xperia 1 for 3 months still trying to buy it.

Best buy held my money for over 30 days to refund it saying to many orders said they had it in stock! Pure lies.

Purchased microwave on 8/3/19 for delivery 9/2/19. Waited all day and no one showed up neither did I get a phone call. I called they stated third party did not show to pick up and again no phone call. They finally connected me with third party and they scheduled for today between 10-12, still have not heard, finally for someone and the delivery said they went to pick It up and it was out of stock. Again no one called. Will never shop again and will tell all My friends, as well management won’t make it right.

On 7/18/2019 I purchased 2 speakers and 8 Cameras from Stephen @ Best Buy after he inspected my home to provide the Best products. I have patiently waited for till 9/5/2019 to get them installed. Upon arrival today they informed me that they could not install the cameras because it was over their 15' max height. I have been in construction for 39 tears and never met anyone this clueless. At this point I will never recommend or use Geek Squad for anything else.

Its also simple to hold onto your receipts but that sounds like antiquated crazy talk. Im guessing it also had to do with being outside their return policy.

To hope a company goes out of business and putting people out of work is a very selfish comment. Im glad you got nothing.

Had the worst experience ever with Best Buy. Promised me a Saturday Delivery. "Truck Broke Down" No delivery. Called to cancel order but was told by Best Buy Employee that if I kept my order they would compensate me for my troubles with a 10% gift card and to call after delivery complete. Called customer service and was offered a 25 dollar gift card. My purchase was 3500. Countless phone calls with a promise of a return call. Never got a return call. Sent e mails was passed off to other departments with no resolution. Will never shop here again!!!
