Suspected fraud attempt

I received a confirmation of purchase for a computer that I did not order. The order number was given as 816089**** and purchased date 2/2/2021. I tried to check order on your site and was told the order number wasnt valid. I took that to mean the email was an attempted scam. Just in case I wish to let you know that I have made no order. I would drive to Plover if I wanted to make a purchase. Thank you, Terry Bobbe

Questions about online orders

I had to order 2 fitbit charge 4. Since they were not available in store, ordered from store to be shipped to my house. I was told it would be there by that Saturday it did not arrive until the following Wednesday.

User's recommendation: Don't count on the dates they tell you.. it was nit right, no text ir phone calls telling me they wouldn't arrive on time.

I'm 77, vet. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at #201 in San Antonio. TX. I went to your location and purchased NY third Fire for 44/00 dollars. I forgot NY password! Jason ma infested the patience of a saint! Eventually, he was able to circumvent the problem. Visited the store two more time regarding this very meager purchase. Along the way Jose and Miguel aissited me. Both staffers very courteous and professional. Also, I want to add, thru the years, I would stop by #201 and store manager Bryan would help me with my tablet. Kudos to the three amigos and Bryan. Buy them lunch
