Breakage policy

800 number staff said if I brought the damaged item to the store they would exchange no matter what reason as long g as it was within 15 days . We did on day 15 and store manager would mot exchange because we told truth that damage happened after purchased Misleading and Inconsistent policy interpretation to a lifetime customer Tim Plant 651-470-****

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I went back in and spoke to the customer service manager, Diane, and she took care of the issues!.

To Whom it May Concern: Im incredibly disappointed in Best Buy. I decided to purchase my appliances with you because I thought you would be more responsible and not flake on me. Well, I was incorrect. I never received a call from Best Buy informing me that I would not receive my dishwasher today. I live right behind the store and the product is in the store, so goodness knows what the excuse is. Had I not called, Id still be waiting. I changed my whole day around so as to be home for this delivery that didnt occur and nobody had the decency to call. Not good Best Buy. Not good. Beyond disappointed, angry, and frustrated, Vivian

I was left on hold for over 30 minutes!!

I called just to see if I could swap a wrong item I had ordered online, for the correct one. The CS person was trying to help me, but then I was placed on hold for about 33 minutes until I got tired and just hung up!!

User's recommendation: Be prepared for a wait if you're put on hold with CS!!

I was home at 1:00 PM and waited patiently until 7:45 PM .NO truck showed NO PHONE CALL. You waisted 7 hrs. of my time for nothing. SCREW BEST BUY!!!!! I'll never purchase anything from you again. And by the way SCREW your sympathetic apology.

Yep, same here! Waited 8 hours.

Several online chat and phone reps said they'd checked and my order was on the truck and on its way to me. They all lied outright.

Am beyond words and into stress-induced chest pain territory! Will never, ever buy anything from Best Buy again.

I can't get any satisfaction or be done with the co

I returned everything I purchased to manager of store. No phone # to find out why I find a bill on their credit card next month and no human to talk to It's an hour's drive The manager assured me everything was taken care of would be third trip. I'm mad enough that if I see a best buy truck on my property I'm calling the cops for trespassing I've complaineII'v complained

Delivery of item

I ordered a dishwasher in March paid for it was NOT told it was on back order waited a month was informed it was on back order would be in by they callef for delivery set up no delivery then they informed me still on back order will be in July 1st that came and went now they say back ordered until August 28th.I would have never ordered it if the online item had stated back order.So they have my money and i am still without a dishwasher.

Still waiting to hear from this piece of crap company. Right now looking for a 75inch smart TV looks like a either Amazon Walmart or target kind of purchase but has also found that I can still purchase from Circut City always got satisfaction from that company wish they would come back to my area to put Best Buy Of Crap out of business.

Best buy ***

We purchased a Refrigerator from Best Buy and received a E-mail to let us know when to pick it up ....Best Buy had it ready to pick it up and it was waiting at Knoxville store and it would be delivered curbside. We drove from our town (outside of Knoxville) to the store just to find out they but it back on the truck and took it to their ware- house, Why? stupidity rules.... was

About a iPad I bought

Wrong iPad was sold to me. I need to speak to someone. I came in to purchase a iPad for my grandson and they sold me a wide only and I was just told by Verizon I cant add this device to my plan. I even told the man helping me we live out in the country. I dont even have access to any WiFi.
