Spoke with customer service. They were nasty and did not helped at all. I placed the order for Ipad and Chromebook laptop, and 2 hrs latter that order was canceled without reason. I also applied for a CC with them, and got approved. After I have received the confirmation email I wanted to check my order and I saw that order got canceled. Customer service did not answered what happened, and they were very rude. Do not buy from Best Buy!!!!! I bought a lot of things online and never had a problem before. At the end of the conversation they even hung up on me. I will never buy again form Best Buy!!!!!

Best Buy review: Bad delivery

I purchased 3 items on the 10th of november, added additional item on the 11th, they changed delivery from the 15th to the 20th, made sure they new I did not want the original order changed as I like the service I got from the sales person. They said no problem. They came to make delivery but the one item I really needed was the microwave, this item did not arrive. It was part of original order. Called the store and asked if they could fix the problem, they could not even tell me why or when they would be able to deliver the microwave or why it was not on the order. I told them I needed today and they could replace with one in store, they said they only had open boxed items I told them I did not care as long as it was same or better quality and it would be delivered today. They told me they were unable to fulfill and could not even tell me when it would be delivered. I canceled the entire sale asked them to refund my credit card as tomorrow I will go else where and get what I needed. I'm going to cancel their credit card and never use them again.

Best Buy review: Appliance Delivery - Not

Attempted on 2 separate occasions to purchase dishwasher. First time was in Sept and after 3 weeks they could not make delivery due to outsourcing their delivery and installation. Fast forward to November and gave them a second try. Nothing has changed. Recommend to use a retailer for appliances that has their own delivery and installation crew. Tried PC Richard and they were able to deliver and match the price, getting it right the first time. No return call from their corporate, and no return call from store manager. They use a outsourced delivery/install company in the northeast called XPO. They called us 5 times the day before the delivery was to occur this last time to confirm they would be their between noon and 4 PM. I called the store manager at 4:00 and he said he would check on it and call me back in 30 minutes. No return phone call. At 5pm my wife received a call from the delivery team now that access was no longer available and beyond the window they committed to. The callers were laughing as if intoxicated making us wonder if it was a prank call. They called back another 3 times, being even more obnoxious and unprofessional.I called their corporate office and they said they would escalate and I could call them at the same number in the morning. After leaving multiple messages the next day, I decided to check with PC Richard. They were able to fill the order and deliver/install the goods on a short notice as they have their own drivers and installers. This experience makes me happy to know that online retailers will eat these guys for lunch if they don't get their act together. My summary, lower your expectations if you use this retailer as they failed me twice.

Best Buy review: Waldorf Maryland store employees

After finally giving in to a co worker, she talked me into visiting this store for HDMI cable and a television. I visited this store 5 years ago and it was awful then and it's even worse! First thing... We walked the store, a guy zips by says hello and keep walking looking down with eyes glaring into space as he listen through his ear piece. So we the customers begun to look around, but there is anyone around to help, wow! Charles was the only person to help , but 5 other store employees gathered around the check out, laughing , joking and just no use. Get it together Bestbuy!!! "Take care of your customers, and they will keep you in business and eating" !

I ordered amiibo on preorder just to receive an email THE DAY OF PICKUP that they don't have them in stock. They were on the shelves in other stores but the preorder for the store was never fulfilled. I called customer service just so they could confirm they are now sold out and told that they are sorry! Sorry doesn't get me the item. I am pissed! I thought preorder meant that I was guaranteed the item before it went on the shelf!

You don't need a branded credit card like one from Best Buy, etc. Just get a card thru your bank or credit union.

A while ago i took my lenovo laptop to evanston store to unlick the secarn and she checked and told me the my vido card need to be replace and my waranty just experied. I have to pay more then the laptop cost. So brought back home and my 5 garde son fixed it today it took 30 second to do that. So this store is ripoff store so don't terest them when they say sone think like this.
