I had a refrigerator delivered and just dropped off with no installation that i paid for the manager name Samantha said that there is nothing she can do about it, i want a refund and she can pick up her fridge on the curb.

I have Tried to get phone contact with them while in the store watch 3 customer service people standing around talking to each other no one would answer the phone held on for 10 minutes never got an answer try to get prices off of their website the website will transfer you to so many links that you cannot get an actual price or availability of a product

Good day, I have ordered a big box of film last week for my camera, there are 4 packs of 10 in the box! When i used my first pack there were only 6 film in the pack instead of 10 film! I have ordered this film because I purchased the Instax mini 9 from you as well and I am verry happy with my camera but when I realized there was not the same amount film in the box as described, therefore I would like customer service to assist me with this situation! Best Buy has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchased a $2000 refrigerator and verified the order with my credit card company but since I did not respond to Best Buy's email within 24 hours they cancelled the order. I contacted them and after speaking with several of their employees they would not honor the price I was originally supposed to pay. When I said I would just purchase the refrigerator from another company they said "that is your decision." Some customer service!! I will never purchase another item from Best Buy and I will make sure that none of my friends or family do either. What a nightmare!

if your wondering what it would be like to purchase half of an item then buy a television from best buy and find out . The worst customer service ever. Would you like to talk to someone in a foreign country? No problem, call for any type of assistance and you can. Will they help you.......no... but you can try and understand what they are saying until they put you on hold and the music comes on at full volume. No need to ask if you are satisfied,after all it"s not you that is important,they have what they are after..........your money.

Do you really think that Best Buy will even see your complaint and respond to it? Send a letter to their Corporate Headquarters instead.
