We purchased 2 new I phones in may 2016 bogo buy one and receive visa card in 3 months for the second phone from verizon. Never received visa card.

Best buy store manager says not their problem. They just advertised falsely.

We have all our paperwork. Verizon says best best buy never turned in paper work.

I am a 70 year old woman with a Bachelors degree so I am far from *** and do not like to be babied! The whole experience was awful! Last week, I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy online. I scheduled delivery for 12/9/2016 between 8AM-12PM. My wife took the day off work to be home for delivery. At 11:45AM, after more than 30 minutes on hold, she finally reached an agent who assured her that we were the next stop. My wife ultimately left our home at 4:10 PM with no dishwasher installed. (4 hours after the end of the scheduled delivery window and 4 hours and fifteen minutes after we were told we were the next stop.) We were out of town on Friday night and on Saturday. Saturday evening, I called customer care and was put through to your warehouse. I was absolutely flabbergasted when the agent told me they tried to make delivery and we were not home. She then went on to tell me the delivery driver even noted an Amazon package at our door. She was rude and condescending, especially when I asked her what time they were at my home. She said she did not have this information and besides they had tried to call us when we were not here. Neither my wife nor I received any calls. I spent the next day trying to reach someone via customer care who could help me- to no avail. On Sunday evening I took to Facebook and Twitter in an attempt to get service. I was immediately asked to email my concerns to facebook@bestbuy.com, which I did at 5:47PM on Sunday, December 11th. The first reply to my email, which I received, was on December 13th at 10:26 AM saying my email had been forwarded to your delivery customer service. I missed a call from an agent named Sophia (1-855-268-2650 ext 807-106-266) at 1:29 PM today (December 13th). I returned the call at 3:42 PM and was directed to another agent, who took my details and assured me that Sophia would call me as soon as she had concluded the call she was on. It must have been a tremendously long call because at 6:03 PM I called again, having heard nothing from Sophia. I encountered a poor gentleman who incurred my full wrath. He told me that I was wrong and my dishwasher was scheduled for delivery between 12PM and 4PM on Friday, December 9th. (Please note the order I have attached, this is simply incorrect.) He then proceeded to tell me we were not home when delivery was attempted. I asked him what time that was. He sheepishly admitted that it was after 5PM. Even on the flawed timescale this was one hour late. He then told me that the installation was subcontracted to XPO. I then really lost it as I told him I don't give a ***, my purchase was from Best Buy and you had an obligation to get it to me. He then told me they could redeliver on 12/21 (12 days after I was supposed to receive it). I told him to cancel my order immediately. He then told me he cannot do that and I need to call another number. I told him Best Buy had already stolen enough of my family's time and he needs to find a way to take care of it. At this point, he said goodnight and hung up. It should not be this hard to buy a major appliance from Best Buy or receive remotely acceptable service. I am appalled at the inability of a single member of the team to take ownership of this egregious service and remedy it immediately.

I bought a TV ONLINE Order Date: 11/28/2016 ORDER #BBY01-793559024561, and I called customer service to see if there was a chance for me to go and pick it up cuz I am not always at home for delivery, I explained them that my closest location is 15 minutes away, well the *** person at the phone mess up my order and set it up to pick up in a store 4 hours away from me... so I tried many many times to call and fix this problem and they will always put me in hold to talk to their managers and never got back to me.... tired of the situation I didn't care anymore. Then the Store that was 4 hours away called me saying that the tv was ready to be picked up. I explained them again that I am 4 hrs away and to just deliver the TV to my house and that is it... so the person at the store asked me to cancel the pick up order, and I told them yes (Thinking they will do the delivery instead the pick up) well, they cancel the complete order and so I called customer service again saying that there was a mistake and all started with the customer service department, that I want the tv that I bought, they told me they still had the TV but it was going to be $100 more dollars, so on black Friday I paid $1399.00 and now because of their mistake they wanted to charge me $1499.00 or they offered me some refurbished ones for $1349.00.... I Told them it was not my mistake to cancel the complete order and that I want the tv that I bought for the same money that it was offered in black Friday, and the poor customer service said they coudnt do anything about it. meaning they care less of what I have to say. In a few words... I am cancelling my credit card with best buy, and from now on I will not buy none of my devices out of them.... They are tricky and not honest for business. They don't appreciate customers and they careless about people. Like any other big empire they don't care about nobody and that is why they get soooo many complaints about their extremely poor quality customer service.

UPDATE: I noticed on my missed call log that the local Green Bay, WI Best Buy attempted to contact me on 10/17. Didn't leave a message or bother to call back.

Isn't that adding insult to injury? Don't they realize that by not leaving a message or calling back it only reinforces my desire to never shop them again? I don't get it! Just a simple "sorry you had a bad experience" on my voice mail would have satisfied me.

This wasn't Best Buy's fault, it was their insurance carrier SEGWICK! I give up!

The customer service reps took 30 minutes to change my address--10 minutes to verify a code which took me less than a minute to receive and give them-- 15 to speak to reps who had delayed responses to everything I said, the other 5 waiting for the operator to decipher my needs. I am not blaming the reps,well not the 2nd one, but the system they are using. It needs a serious upgrade. For a company that prides itself on having the latest technologies this system (customer service) is very behind. Please update!!!

Unfortunately that is how it is I only use their card when I know it is interest free for X months - I have never paid a dime in interest because I always paid it off before the Promotion expires. Good luck possibly open a balance transfer option with another card.

Discover had 0% for 18 months no balance transfer fee.

Even if they charge you 3 or 5 % fee you get that extra time to pay it off. And the fee will be less than the accumulated monthly interest.
