I purchased a Samsung TV less than one year ago. I was watching it from several feet away when the screen suddenly went dark and the tv just went dead. It is still under warranty. I took it in to BestBuy and they said the screen was cracked and the warranty does not cover physical damage. I did not damage this TV. It is a defective product and BestBuy should stand behind it and offer a refund or replacement. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again and will never but another Samsung product.

Why would they give you a free tv that's been physically damaged? I think you need to stop pawning off your own responsibility in this.

I bought 4 appliances in June. They are still not right. Didn't show up for 6 deliveries and didn't bother to call. Got a damaged stove which was finally replaced in October! They didn't attach to the safety bracket, putty the gas valve to prevent leakage, or level it....

Bought a SAmsung refrigerator. Have had numerous continuing problems. HAve A & E insurance.9 repair visits including Geek Squad. Refrigerator freeze food in the refrigerator not to mention the problem with icemaker. Have purchased many items $5000 camera Ipads ETC. They have no customer loyality as well as Poor service,as the customer you are held hostage to the Big Corporation.

Every person I spoke with gave me bad info. I was transferred back and forth between depts like a yoyo. They do not even keep dates, credits and debits to credit cards on their system. Spoke with a guy at headquarters who promised to call me back but did not. Search around for a place with good reviews.

Try origin pc next time.i spent 3k self built zero problems. Lotta funny things going on in big corps.

Ive had all my orders cancelled for xperia 1 for 3 months still trying to buy it.

Best buy held my money for over 30 days to refund it saying to many orders said they had it in stock! Pure lies.

I went in to pre order my Samsung Note 10 plus for me and my wife. It took forever to get my ported. Both ATT and T-moble really treat people like crap. and they should be takened to court and sued for false advertising. All these cell phone companys . I'm going to start a grass roots following to get these criminals to give us back the real unlimited plans that they stole from us. Its' not like we stole them we were paying a lot of money. The plans on all the company are not unlimited.So I'm going to see how far I can get.But getting back Samsung told in a nice way to $uck off. They reps are not from hear is I'm so sorry. But then can do anything about it.

Your name should be changed to GuessBuy. I ordered a heater, and was shipped a hard drive for a computer. I have been trying to return it, and have spoken to a person in SE Asia, Phillipines and Mexico...REALLY! This is so frustrating I will never order from Best buy Again

You should have ordered it at Amazon.com because of their return policy if nothing else. Any company using foreign customer service reps does not deserve our business. Period.

First they delivered a broken TV on Tuesday which they had to take back. Then they scheduled to deliver and install a new one on Friday. They never showed up. I am many thousands in the hole, two full days wasted and no TV yet. THEY TOTALLY SUCK. Regret doing business with these jokers.
