Bought a dryer misinformed by operator said I could do insurance with in days after purchase said I could do over phone but they said I had to do in person very pissed off senior citizens will take business some where else for now on will tell family and friends also

Warning

I have had Best Buy Geek support for years maybe decades. I have always gotten fast and actuate help till now. I have chatted four times to get one issue fixed. What a joke. You wait on chat sometimes an hour to explain the issue then they transfer you to another agent and wait, wait, wait. I've called even at 6:00 am thinking I would get faster service. Nope. Then get help, and it doesn't work the 3rd chat session. I have the same issue now for over a month. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MEMBERSHIP.

Ordered several thousand dollars of equipment. The only thing set up correctly was the treadmill. Knocked out my Sonos stereo system, failed to set up 2 televisions, left garbage and a 2 wheeler in my backyard, did not explain appropriately my security...

Shocked at the Disrespectful Customer Service

Salesperson/s wonderful, appliance installers wonderful. When I called the 186*-***-**** to ask questions Chanelle was rude, disrespectful and hung up on me. Most companies record phone conversations if this is so, this happened when I called from Calgary AB, Canada at 3:40pm on March 5, 2021. Apparently Chanelle claimed she was in the Toronto ON office, but her credibility is at risk.

User's recommendation: Unfortunately if you want any of your questions answered go into the store for a live person.erson. This Chanelle, has ruined Bestbuy'srepresentation.

Poorly run company

Poorly run company. They do not stand behind products. Very poor service. Deliver products that do not work. I have never been treated so poorly. Used to be a very loyal customer.
