I hope you paid with a credit card. If so, dispute the charge.

If you paid with a debit card or with check or cash, you have to deal with Samsung and it's warranty on it.

That's why products come with a manufacturer's warranty. And, of course strike BB off your list of places to shop.

I demanded to speak with some one else. this other person not a manager, took 5 minutes to go in the back and pick up my computer.

this only happened because of the YELLING that had occurred because of this stupid comment.. this should not have happened at all.....

Ordered a wine refrigerator online. It was delivered damaged. Since I was installing it when I was having new cabinets built I had a deadline to get it replaced. After 2 hours on hold customer service said they would have one shipped to my local store for me to exchange. I called again the day before it arrived to verify but nobody could confirm. I went to the store on the arrival date and there was no refrigerator. I just returned it and went looking elsewhere.

Black Friday scam | Best Buy review

I purchased a 75 in TV online on Black Friday. It was suppose to be in store for pick up on 3 December. I received an email TV was delayed until 2 January 2020. Then received email ordered canceled. Your money refunded. Now where do you think I’m going to get a TV at that price. They have the worse inventory system. Selling what you don’t have should be a crime.

So I went into my local store and found out that they consider the entire week of Thanksgiving "Black Friday" week so any discounts throughout that week is exempt from price matching so although I don't agree with that at least it was some kind of an answer that made...

Best Buy WILL match prices during the entire week and even on Black Friday EXCEPT for "door buster" items - those super special limited items you have to get tickets for. And even items that are excluded from price match policy can sometimes be overridden by manager if you ask "NICELY".

I purchased a small item and realized within an hour that it was incompatible with my equipment. When I went to return it, the store manager was refusing to process any exchanges until all of the pickups were processed. The manager was extremely rude, and after twenty minutes four of us realized that we were not going to be processed for hours. The others left angry. I got the clerk who sold me the first item to make the exchange. No surprise, but the Best Buy complaint phone directs you to take up your complaint with the store manager. I am a business owner have never treated customers like that.

I had purchased from Best Buy and was told that if open a credit card account, I will receive 10% discount that will go directly to my account. Turned out that was a false information. A cheap trick. When i called the card service, i was told that information i received was incorrect and i have 60 days to use the reward. If i would like to extend the date then i have to call the card service. When i called the card service again, they said that I received the incorrect information and they cant extend the date. It is a cheap way to get the business and trick you to open your credit card, where they get hard credit check, which effects your credit score also. Shame on Best Buy.

LCD or LED tv can be laid flat with the directional markers pointed up. I find it unfair that they do eventually give you another tv and it doesn't matter at all to you.

This form of entitlement is what kills customer service as a whole. Stay sour my friend.
