Best Buy policy

I bought a Samsung tv. Needed service 3 months later. Best Buy policy only if u buy extended warranty then they talk to you. Called Samsung. Took them 8 weeks to send replacement part. Best Buy should help consumers n also take up issues even if no extended warranty was bought
