BEST BUY DOESN'T HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER - BUT THEY WERE HAPPY TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR AN "ELECTRONIC STORES AT $70" 30 MINUTES ON THE PHONE TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE TO REMOVE THE OVERCHARGE.

Completely ridiculous customer service

Best Buy has hands down the worst company policies and online sales policies. I recently purchased a laptop and with 12 hrs realized I had to return it, mind you it had not shipped or anything. They told me to get lost you had 20 mins to change your mind. Well Best Buy theres the answer to why you have to keep closing stores. Zero and I mean zero customer service I will never step foot in another store or visit the site, Ive had better customer service at the proctologists office, well at least he used lube

There are many factors that come into play when a store closes such as leasing issues, new store being built or its a bad location. Because you're so scorned I can see how your narrow mindedness would choose shipping issues as a main problem and the company going under. Drama queen.

Good customer service

On August 4, 2021 I was looking for a security camera. Bryce came over to help without me asking him. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment. He helped me make a good choice on a camera. Bryce was friendly and polite. He understood my needs. Excellent customer service at store #1155 1**** perimeter pkwy charlotte NC 28216.

Man, every time I call these guys to ask something or an issue , they always hang up on me and drive me crazy, so when I finally connect , I let them have it !

Kudos for delivery service

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator online with Best Buy. Went smoothly. Easy purchase procedure. The best part of my experience was the delivery crew. The called when they were 30 minutes out. Arrived on time. Identified themselves. Waited for approval from my little dog. They both said Hello to her. They passed. Furthermore, they were pleasant, unrushed, unbothered, and in great moods. Lots of smiles. Please acknowledge these men. And give them raises. !!

User's recommendation: If you can request a deliver service, ask for these guys. Hopefully, the Best Buy people can hook you up.

Order delayed

Hi, I've acquired an Apple device on July 27th, however until today August, 4th, the item did not arrive, and I just see a delayed message, without further details about delivery, I do have a planned travel for the next Saturday, where this item is a gift, however due to current situation I'm losing the hope to take this gift. How can delivery date change too often and the product not be delivered, and to get this situation worst no estimate date is longer showed, what is going on with my order, I am in need of support, please help me! Overcharge and bad customer service

Placed an online order and was overcharged. Called customer service and they could not explain $400 overcharge, but would not refund difference.

Visited local best buy to purchase item, zero service

Went to my local Best Buy in Amherst, to purchase the latest Echo Show 10 (the one with bigger screen and that swivel). Waited for a long time by the Echo stand then looked for a sales person with blue polo shirt everywhere, could not find any! (note: it was around 12:30 pm), maybe everyone takes lunch break at same time. And no item to simply grab and pay for. Ended ordering at Amazon, at least will be sure to have it tomorrow

Bad Transaction

Promised me on 7/21/21 If I bought my laptop that day by a certain time I would receive it the next day on the 22nd. I took off work to be there to sign for it. I get an email stating it had been delayed probably until 8/05, maybe later. I paid the total price online, and the next day they hit my card for another $38.92. No one could tell me what that was for.Never again.
