Asking if it is possible to match the price

I bought a Dyson hair drier last week from best buy. I haven't opened it and have the purchase receipt for it. Curbside Pickup

Worst experience ever. Wait 40 min after check in for curbside pickup , when i went inside cause nobody came with my order the employee did not know about the curbside. Not organize

Installation issue

Purchased a tv from best buy, scheduled an installation date on 11/13/21 which was 2 1/2 weeks after purchase.. On this date, had an 8 hour window for techs to show up, they never came or contacted me there was an issue. Went back to the store the following day, great individual, however best he could do is schedule me a 12/2/21 installation date. Now I have to wait 5-6 weeks to have item installed. This is no way to operate a business and customer satisfaction. Also, called customer service -- Case# 27326**** -- not sure I got anywhere. In the future will just purchase item from Amazon and hire my own tech -- still waiting.

They didn't know how to deal problem.. We have an order that almost to weeks delayed delivery, we asked them to cancel or just return the product. They just tell return the product once we receive it. They are too stupid, we don't even know when are we going to receive it, its almost 2 the status are the same everyday

Printer didn’t work. Wanted money to look into it

Bought a printer. Didnt work. Called up that very same day. After calling local store said that I needed level 2 help and that costs money. On a printer that I bought from them that day. Way to stand up for products you sell

A working printer and or full refund with a real apology that I have been wronged and an admission that charging customers to get products that they just bought from them that day to work is inexcusably wrong and in every single instance indefensible

We purchased a monitor a few months back. Had the receipt and best buy won't return it. They state that they have a 14 day return policy on some items. The box wasn't even open. I will no longer shop there because of the turn away. I could see them saying that they will do this 1 time. I think with them being such a big company that they could make an acception one time. I had a whole kitchen and a computer to buy but, now they lost my business. I'm talking 1000s in purchases. I hope that they will change their mind and right the wrong and just return my monitor. Best Buy stole money from my account

I have never ever been in a Best Buy let alone bought anything from them yet they took $70 from my bank account. They refuse to help. They hang up on me and blocked me from calling. They kept sending me to someone else. What kind of a company takes money from random people? They are thieves! Dont buy from them. Your deserve better!

Customer service

Worst! When i call the store, you cannot talk to anyone there, but they forward you to another county to see if they can help. 3 of my 4 calls i was hung up on, and they never tried back, even though they ask for your # in case the call is dropped. Unreal and won't Buy from there again

Automatic renewal situation

Best Buy - Automatic renewal situation
Hello, I discovered an automatic renewal charge on my bank and I'm totally angry, that Best Buy would initiate such scam like procedures!, and I'm furious about it, CHECKCARD 11/09 BEST BUY RENEWAL RICHFIELD MN Debit -$75.76 for computer products. I was not informed at the time of buying this product that an automatic renewal charge would be taken out of my checking, especially since I bought several years ago,,, I want it resolved! Customer Service is a disaster

7 appointments over 3 weeks to still not get our broken dishwasher you sold us replaced. They even delivered it but the next day came and amazingly took away what they delivered. Then they tried to deliver it to the wrong address. I could go on
