I’m disabled and recently had a bracketron phone holder break after 6 weeks and they refused to return it. I then had to buy another one for $42 so that I could go to work. I’m canceling my Best Buy credit card and will never shop ever again at this piece of crap company.

Payed to have 900 dollar tv delivered and set up they left me with the empty box.Im 80 years old and disabled.I have no way of getting rid of this box.paper work states there supposed to take box away.What can i do.

I bought a 50 in Insignia 4kRoku Tv not even 2 yrs ago. They tv has black spots all in the screen. I've emailed and called, they refuse to back their brand. A tv should last longer than a 1.5yr! I will never buy that brand again!!!

If you attempted to return or exchange the TV after 15 days which is Best Buy's return/exchange time frame then yes you would be out of luck. After that time you then go through the manufacturer. That is what manufacturer's warranties are for.

After the 15 day return/exchange time frame it becomes an issue between you and the manufacturer. That is what manufacturer warranties are for. It is no longer Best Buy's problem after that.
